Maybe more than 40 ..... the coolers can go in the 16 X 22 workshop behind in !!!

We needed a house for the Ranger and the Harleys so we built this 24 X 30 on to the front of an existing smaller workshop building. The overhead door and concrete floor go in next week. This will also be somewhere for me to go when I am in the doghouse with Deb !!! ;D

Always extra beds and place settings for friends ..... Deb can rustle up some more of the concoction and maybe we could fry up a few Kentucky Lake crappie filets .......... and then, of course .... the lake is our front yard !!!!

Hey Brian ..... Deb made some casserole concoction and used the rest of the cheese that you brought down to us ....... It was awesome ...... she says she won't make any more till you bring us more cheese ...... help a brother out man !!!!!!!!!!!

Read all you can .... might want to join a bass club, that's a good way to learn the basics. Maybe somebody on this forum that lives in your area will take you under their wing.

Kentucky Lake looks a lot like that right now ..... only 4 feet or so over, but enough ...... great pics and nice fish ....

If you are checking your livewell every 20 or 30 minutes, the fish will tell you .......

We still havesome places that we can buy pure gasoline .... I still run Evinrudes 2+4 fuel conditioner .........

Deb and I have learned to fish the whole lake, both lakes actually, so wherever the event was held, the fishing doesn't have to be "poor" ...... Plenty of places that are more boater friendly. Since I fished this lake for several years in plenty of large tournaments where we needed dozens of plug-ins, as an out of towner before I moved here I know there are some extremely boater friendly places. Seems the Elite Series, FLW Tour, Stren, BFL, BASS Weekend Series, USA Bassin Clasic, and dozens of others don't have problems ..... it;s all logistics. Deb and I offered plug-ins for boats. We hope this issue doesn't disqualify Kentucky/Barkley from future events. We really enjoyed meeting and hanging out with everyone!!

As a local ...... Kenlake would NOT have been my choice ..... Better accomodations elswhere on the lake.

Looks like a lot of fun Brian ..... How do you think she will do in Kentucky Lake with 25 MPH gusts when you come back to visit us ??? ;D

If it is an actual onboard charger, it is explosion proof .... that's part of what makes them expensive ..... mount it with your tank and batteries ....

Nope .... This may be the first time in history that Deb didn't have her camera !!!

Deb and I got out for only about 2 hours tonight. I was throwing a Rage Tail Space Monkey and couldn't keep the fish off of it !! Caught close to 20 fish on it in that short time with a few good ones mixed in !! WOW ... super fun !!

If this guy actually knows what he is doing, that is one hell of a deal. This guy has over 30 years experience .... he has had cancer and had to quit working at the bigger shops .... he's just trying to make a living instead of screwing people ..... plus, in our neck of the woods, even the "big" shops only charge around $75 per hour.

A local guy is just finishing up a similar rebuild for a buddy of mine on a Merc about that age. He's gonna end up having about $1800 in it. They bored it our .015 over .... new pistons, rings, gasket sets, carbs rebuilt, etc. $400 for the block work .... $900 in parts ..... $500 in labor. The tech is an independant and works cheaper than a dealer. $50 an hour .....
