  1. I have been fishin' with Dawg for a decade: http://www.hotdawgguideservice.com/fishreport/fishreport.htm 8-)
  2. Lots of guys fish spinning gear exclusively. Others fish baitcasters only. It really doesn't matter. I use both, but have a strong preference for one over the other for certain techniques. 8-)
  3. Excellent! Definitely the "wrong" set-up, but it kinda goes back to: "All your fishing can be done with one rig. Three are all you really need." 8-)
  4. Hmm... I am appalled. :-X
  5. No weight, let it all out, but not quite to the knot! Troll a couple of minutes , then bring in half and troll another minute. Reel in another half and troll another minute. I spray KVD Line & Lure Conditioner on the line after every 20 cranks or so. If you can let it set for awhile, the absorption will be better.
  6. C'mon guys..."Family Friendly" -Kent

  16. Fluorocarbon will last indefinitely, but storage results in a lot of coiling and memory. I suggest trolling your line to straighten it out. You will be good-to-go! 8-)
  17. You might want to reconsider and join us at Pickwick for the Roadtrip. http://roadtrip.bassresource.com/ -Kent
  18. Tough situation, but the decision is final: http://www.foxnews.com/scitech/2010/01/19/despited-hated-carp-lake-michigan-remain-open/?test=latestnews
  19. This aint pee-wee. you don't like it stop it. : Seemed to me that Favre just took was he was given. Maybe the starters should have been taken out, but I think fans are entitled to all of the sixty minutes they pay for. You can bet the Viking fans didn't mind a little revenge. 8-)
  20. I don't know... A couple of years ago I recall a "scientific" article that calculated "theoretically" that in twenty years or so the smallmouth population explosion would leave no room for water! This was from In-Fisherman, too. :
  21. If you want to give Yo-Zuri Hybrid a try, I recommend #12 in green for clear water and purple smoke for stained water. These lines blend well and are virtually invisible. 8-)
  22. We''ll pop it back up weekly as a reminder and so new members and guests are aware of the trip. Good work Mike! ;D ;D ;D
