I do a lot of crankbait fishing and I use a Dobyns Champion glass 704cb and 705cb. They’re light and comfortable to fish with, the only thing I don’t like about them is the cheap cork they use. I also have a medium glass Tatula rod but it’s a lot heavier than the Dobyns. For deeper cranks I use a graphite Cashion Icon 7’ 6 MH deep cranking rod and I love that rod.

I’ve lost right many Lipless cranks fishing them around wood, but the quality fish I’ve caught doing it makes it worth it.

I like ALF and have have great service ordering stuff from them, but don’t expect to get paid much for your gear if you want to trade. I asked about trading in a rod that was only used once. I think they offered me around 35 percent of what the rod cost new.

I’ll take some more pics once I get everything on the boat back together. Was in the middle of swapping trolling motors and adding sonars but it got dark on me Saturday then rained all day Sunday.

I have my Origin plugged into an Orange 1 x 12 with a Celestion V30. It does the old school rock sounds like Ac/Dc and ZZ Top. I have overdrive pedals when I want to push the amp harder.

I play a little. Here’s my Epiphone 59 Les Paul. I play through a 20 watt Marshall Origin 20 amp.

Boat ran great and is really good shape so I took it home with me.

Well I pulled the trigger on it pending the test drive next week.

Finally going to move up from my 1448 to a bigger boat. Going to go look at a 2016 Tracker 175 TXW tomorrow. It has a 60 hp Mercury on it with 68 hours. I don’t like the trolling motor or electronics on it but I could transfer that stuff from my current boat. Anyone have this boat? Anything I should look for?

I agree. I tried braid with a FC leader for the first time this year. It seemed like I couldn’t feel the bottom or bites as well. Took it off and went back to straight FC after one day of fishing.

I have a 100 and a long cast Elite. The Elite feels like a better quality reel than the 100. You can get a JDM Zillion for less than the Elite. The Zillion is a far better reel than the Elite

I like the size of the factory Daiwa knobs. I ditched the big knobs that came on my Zillion HD the day I received it.

Biggest bass this year was 5.4, caught with a Chrome Yo Zuri Rattlin Vibe
