  1. 6th Sense Crush Flat 75x: unique knocker sound, tight action, deflects well, good hardware, and great paint jobs.
  2. I use a Tatula XT 7’6” Heavy. Works great for pitching and flipping from a kayak.
  3. I have 2 Arditos: spinning and casting. Fantastic rods. Look around, you can find them for $100 or less.

4/0 Heavy EWG hook. Keeps the bait down in the water column. Twist locks at 4/0 work too. They can also be nose hooked.
  5. I love fishing weightless, with a heavy wire hook. Super Flukes are tough to beat.
  6. I use a 3600 spinnerbait box, just like the Plano Edge jig box, but does not hold quite that many. 3600 Spinnerbait
  7. The rainbow trout color is deadly. Texas rigged weightless. I caught what used to be my PB on a Slug-Go.
  8. Same here, ordered 6 packs of hooks and a few other items, 5 shipments. There is no way they made money on that transaction.
  9. Daiwa Tatula SV TW and Tatula rod (pick one). $350 retail, paid around $235 total.
  10. I use a MF to MHF baitcasting rod with 6.x:1 reel. Same rod(s) I use for crankbaits. I am usually throwing a Dirty Jigs or 6th Sense Divine Swim jig with Keitech trailer.
  11. No, but I did go to www.governor.wa.gov and sent a note to Inslee about being able to fish and keep social distancing. Makes no sense I can go boating, but not fish?????
  12. TW has the Daiwa DX 7’3” Heavy on sale today:$89.99. If I didn’t already have a rod for this application, I wouldn’t hesitate to get it for that price.
  13. TW is having 25% off Daiwa DX 7’3” Heavy/glass. This was made for chatterbaits and spinnerbaits. $89.99 shipped.
  14. Check Simms website. They have them on sale. Last year I picked up a full set for $210 shipped. Look for codes via google. I was able to find 10% off too.
  15. I am current using a Daiwa Tatula XT 7'6" Heavy/Fast with Daiwa Fuego CT 8.3:1. Less than $175.
  16. I checked my Daiwas with T-Wings and they are all spooled OVER.
  17. Got the rod and reel to complete my line up: Daiwa Tatula 6’6” MF and Tatula 100HS. I plan to use this for jerkbaits and flukes.
  18. I tried braid for deep cranking and did not like it as much as using 10-12 lb flouro (Invisx). I retain sensitivity and flouro sinks.
  19. Improved clinch is what I have been using for years.
  20. Got some back ordered stuff from TW:
  21. Agree with LonnieP, the Tatula has a lighter more sensitive blank. You could buy a combination of rods, Tatula for bottom contact and XTs for cranks, spinnerbaits, etc.
  22. Fantastic. I like the Tatula rods a little better, but not by much. I have the 7’1” Tatula Heavy I use for jigs, great rod, very light and sensitive. The 7’6” XT HF I use for flipping and punching for the most part.
  23. I see you got the XT, nice rod?? Nice catches!!! I wish I could fish period, WA is shut down for fishing.
  24. I have 2 of the glass cranking rods already. I wanted the 6’6” to round out my line up. Want it for jerkbaits/flukes specifically.
  25. Zoom Ultra Vibe Speed Craw
