Why do you think I put a seat on the front deck for Bass Trek? OG legs, and not enough exercise.

If you go by my neighborhood it's about 1 in 4 own a boat.

Another one I picked up recently and seems to do well is the Mr Twister Ned Ringer...I think it's the 'flappy' bit at the end that does it.

I've had decent luck using Z-Man HogZ and CrawZ, so I think it could make the difference if they're not biting on the TRD Stick.

^ I picked up some Mojos and Victorys over last winter - I've been pounding them pretty hard...things like dropping them on the deck and not 'gently laying them down'. So far they've held up. I think Glenn's got the right of it - more sales=more rods out there; and if the % of issues doesn't change, it still means more issues. Course if I wanted to go see them directly - it's a 4hr each way trip.

Aird-X - yes, it's a good rod, not top of the line by any means, but much better than the price would indicate. My prime Frog rod is an Aird-X, 7'0", H/F.

Ya - Digitaka is addictive...I picked up five reels from them this past year...got two more in my wishlist there.

At least you can fit a vehicle in your garage...even Bass Trek is a tight squeeze in mine...no way I could put the Silverado in there.
