Looking for Bass guide in Florida that puts out chum to draw in bass!
Shiner guys will chum their spots to attract shiners so they can be cast-netted. We used to fish around the “shiner poles” , PVC pipes they’d mark their spots with and sometimes it would be productive. I’m born and raised here in Florida and can’t say I’ve ever seen anyone chum for bass in 72 years.

WRB's 5 Biggest Bass Stories ~ Tom Young Simi Valley Ca
I can try to tie some of those. From the pictures, it looks like there’s a brown, brown & purple, and a red/green/ brown one, all on brown jig heads. No idea what those heads are as I’ve never seen that shape myself. Any idea what the weights are? I can probably get some type of heads from Mike at Sieberts.

3600 deep utility boxes
I’ve been trying to find 3600 sized boxes that are deeper (2.75”) than the standards (1.75”). Either open interior or 6 cells preferably the 7” (width) direction. Anybody know of anyone making them? I’ve checked Plano but can’t find anything on their site.

Fish mounts in the dumpster
Like Old man said, contact BPS or one of the other outdoor stores and see if they are interested. I would think the trout and musky would be desirable to a lot of northern or western stores.

Thoughts on Fishing when you are old and tired...
@Scott F I’m with you on the driving bud. I’m 72 and just don’t like the long drives anymore. I’m fortunate that I live right off the St John’s river and I’m 1 minute from a ramp and 15 minutes from another. I’ll still make the 2 hour trip to Stick Marsh/ Headwaters a few times a year but the drive is tough, especially with having to drive half of it in I-95. Nowadays I'm usually only good for about 5 hours fishing before the body starts to ache. Then when I get home,it's time for a short nap😂

So what's your other obsession?
While bass fishing has always been my #1 passion, I’ve done a LOT of saltwater fishing, especially with light tackle. Used to do some bird hunting a long time ago then got into deer hunting for years. I don’t hunt much anymore as I’m no longer on a lease. I was also a big gym rat for years. Lots of heavy weights that eventually took its toll on certain body parts. At 72, I still try to get 3+ days in a week but with much lighter weights. I’ve been tying flies and crappie jigs for a few years and recently started tying some bass jigs. We have a vegetable garden that we both tend to. Most recently I picked up an 84 Chevy K10 square body to tinker on.

Old school common worms 2006
Started with the Crème 6” scoundrel ( original purple) in the 60’s. 6” straight tail. Then mister twister curly tail. Next progression was to Producto 6” in black grape and on to culprit 7.5” ribbon tail in moccasin, red Shad and junebug.

Swim jig heads
Yes, Mike makes great jigs and I have quite a few from him. But I’m wanting to tie some of my own colors ( I tie my own flies as well) so just looking for the bare painted jig heads. @F14A-B would you mind sharing your eBay seller?

Not a good fly fisher, maybe spin for trout?
Size 1 no alibi size spinners. That’s what we used when we fished the Kootenai river in western Montana.
- Winged jighead?
