  1. Can't travel too far per my PO. 😁 240! That's alot of seat time.
  2. Just hit 50K on my 2020 Silverado 6.2
  3. Mistakes? My mama said I'm perfect. Glenn, give her a call at 867 - 5309 and just ask for GreenPigs mama. 😁 WARNING! Don't tell her about your mustache.
  4. It took two of my three brain cells that aren't used for fishing stuff to come up with that.🤣
  5. If you've got shad, I'd be there before daylight chasing the shad spawn. I'd have a Super Fluke, Shower Blows, tandem willow Spinnerbait, and 110 or 130 Whopper Plopper tied on. If you don't have shad, go anyway, cause can't catch them from the couch. Your new PB is waiting on you. A regret seldom heard is " I fished too much".
  6. Brother, that's a list to be proud of.
  7. Beats hope. Yes, new leaders every trip.
  8. That's one of those days to not soon be forgotten.
  9. If I'm not working with barbwire or weightlifting, I'm usually in a Columbia Tamiami shirt. They're very nice in our high humidity and conceal my S & W.
  10. One is none and two is one.
  11. It's my only addiction.
  12. Nice. We've had Wrens nesting in our garage every Spring for 17 years. I don't know how they do it, we keep the door closed unless we're going in or out, or I'm rigging rods.
  13. Very nice. That mustache sure opens alot of doors for you.😁
  14. Excellent. Looking forward to the stories & pics. Have a great trip.
  15. I usually stay 20' or shallower for LM. For Spotted bass I'll regularly fish out to 45'. Of course in the dead of Winter, I fish for both as deep as 70' while Spoon fishing.
  16. I'm 258 lbs, so.......... wait never mind. Gonna catch me a Smallmouth one day.
  17. There's a couple of y'all that I pay special attention to. I ain't saying which two.
  18. Picture of my old fishing bud playing Scuba Steve, hunting his Deps 175 that he snapped off on a long cast with braid. It was only 5 - 6' deep and it's still down there somewhere.
  19. I can't tell you what lures to use in your area/conditions. But I always start a little fast for the days conditions then slow down. I would've started with the RoosterTail(Spinnerbait for me) then switched to the Super Fluke.
  20. A big slow vulnerable Wake bait, during the day or night, would be my #1.
  21. I've snapped off swimbaits with 50 and 65lb braid. Now I only use 20 - 25 - 30lb CXX or Big Game.
  22. I just can't trust any brand 15 lb line with 4oz baits. 7' deep, I'd tape a piece of PVC pipe on my net handle, a 5lb plate in the net and work/drag it along the bottom. Goodluck.
  23. Wonderful!
  24. I fish lighter lines than most for the majority of techniques, except my big heavy swimbaits. Frogs of course are straight 50lb braid.
