  1. Absolutely real.
  2. Beavers don't hunt Bluegill😀. Dark + Boulder splash = Beaver
  3. VMC Doulock on the three listed baits. My big hard swimbaits get Decoy snaps that are never unsnapped once in place.
  4. Those fish you'll miss chasing will be bigger and waiting on you, once you've recovered. I was gonna offer to keep fresh gas in your boat but I'm in Ga..😁
  5. Chicken breast marinated in Folgers Instant coffee, no need to add water. It'll look like strips of beef jerky.
  6. Not really, I'm typically hyper focused on catching fish. The next deep rock pile, lay down, ditch, point, stump, grass bed, has a big girl waiting on me. Plus the only semi - comfortable spot on my boat is my lean to seat on the front deck. I do relax for 8 - 14 seconds while getting my Sunrise pics.
  7. Yes, with some Duke's mayo, a heavy shake or 3 of black pepper, and regular Lay's chips.
  8. Yes to all listed above. My Shadow Raps are my #1 producer, even over the MB 110s.
  9. Get their attention and throw a Bull Shad Wake Bull, Megabass Megadog, or a Grenade.
  10. Nice. 3+ lb Spots will help rehab shoulders.
  11. Bass - 63 I think Pan fish - 4 Catfish - 6
  12. Caught a measured 2.25" LM on a Roostertail. Long before my phone had a camera so no pic.
  13. Yes sir, I am indeed ready for Fall here in Ga. I've had enough of the heat. My vitamin D is getting low from doing everything possible at night.
  14. I feel your pain.
  15. Hello and welcome to the forum.
  16. I've taken a pic of every fish I've caught for the last 9 years, no matter the size or species. I'm fishing on borrowed time with my back and everyone will be more special when I'm not able to fish. It also helps me figure out on what, when, and where I caught them last year.
  17. Pond - 2 rods - casting 7' medium/heavy fast and a spinning 7' Medium Fast. Back seater(rarely)- 5 rods - spinning 7' Medium fast up to a casting heavy Fast jig or frog rod depending on the body of water. My boat - 12 - 20 rods from 6'8" medium light spinning to an 8' extra heavy swimbait. Lure selection is season but a Super Fluke, finesse jig, Ned, a Showers Blows, and jigging spoon are almost always tied on.
  18. I use Rapala aluminum needle nose with steel jaw inserts and a carbide cutter that are 12 or 13 years old. They were $40, but they're not rusted and work like new.
  19. Scott, you've arrived at the place to talk bass fishing. Welcome to the forum.

We watch the air rifle, archery, swimming, and women's gymnastics. My wife was an Elite level gymnast so I get educated about every twist & flip every 4 years.
  21. Yes. But I may have to move my 3 batteries and the gas tank to the front to keep my 1448 jon from sinking. She'd be blistering fast for a couple minutes with my 6 gallon tank.😆
  22. Lost your boat, that's aweful. That's as bad as losing your favorite wife. 😁 Seriously, Glad you weren't out there during the weather. The bait Monkey is salivating.
  23. Only throw a Spinnerbait at night during the Summer with a heavy singlr Colorado blade.
  24. Be safe. Get us some pics. I know you'll have a great trip.
