I've fought two grown men wearing trucker hats with sporks while wearing my favorite ankle socks. The fight was over the last Spam and mashed Bush baked bean sandwich. Never got their names but I guess one of them could've been Ricky.😁

A John Deere ball cap will help catch more & bigger fish, plus you'll look good. 😁 I do wear a Sun gaiter and when I start getting hot enough that I start leaving at 1030 am, I swap to night fishing.

Fished from 7 - 12 this morning and caught 8 on the Hellgrammite. Water temp was 68 on the 11th and back down to 58 today and 2' higher.

I try to schedule to fish on the windier days and I fish in the wind. It's the very reason I have an 80 lb TM on my 14' boat. Summer nights are different, I prefer a gentle breeze.

I can get pretty close on LM up to around 6 lbs and Spots up to 3 lbs. Any Spot over 4 or LM over 9 and my jaw is the one stretching.

50 - 60 bass per bait is usual. As good or better than Elaztech.

I've Crappie fished it a couple times, but never bass fished. It's a nice lake. Let me know how you do.
