  1. Have fun. I enjoy dragging chicken for Blues. I'd give you advice but I want you to catch them.😂 I'm a amateur at best.
  2. Thanks. My Shimanos & Daiwas will never ever play in salt water.
  3. @RenzokukenFisher Congratulations on making it through school and the new job.
  4. My favorites are my Savage Gear Bat(crawler) or my XL Jitterbug.
  5. It's a good looking boat. But, I absolutely agree with @A-Jay about the TM and engine. I run a 80 lb TM on a 1448 so I can stay and fish out in the wind that runs most off the water or into coves. You're gonna spend the bulk of your time running that TM.
  6. Nice looking jigs.
  7. Depends on the size of the structure and amount of cover. Some places get 3 cast with no hits, I'm moving. I can always comeback and check those spots later. Some places I'll give 20 minutes. In the Winter I may spend an hour on certain waypoints.
  8. Nice. Some days they only want the legs.😁
  9. I was close. I did round down.😆
  10. Couch hog
  11. Should be easy to accomplish with a 120 years to go.😀
  12. Excellent. Looks like a great time.
  13. He left because you keep eyeballing him.😁
  14. Shoe Goo is what Marine Scout Snipers used use to make their Ghillie suits. They trusted it for such a crucial piece of equipment, I'd trust it.
  15. Summer nights -Quazkiller buzzbait in black -Savage Gear Bat crawler -T - Rigged 10 - 15.25" ribbon tail -T - Rigged 6.25" craw -Football jig -large Shakey Head -3/4 to 1 ounce Single Colorado Spinnerbait Summer mornings, if I fish through the night -Bull Shad Wakebait -big Glidebait -Hollow body Frog -Super Fluke -Football jig -standard Shakey Head I of course have a little of everything in the boat but those are the bulk of what I throw.
  16. I like mono on a med/heavy fast rod and usually don't watch my buzzbait during the retrieve unless I'm snaking it through limbs/sticks. I'm looking for the next target and figuring the best angle to attack it. I'm listening for the hit and just keep reeling until I feel weight and then sweep(not snatch) to the side. I would imagine 85% of my buzzbaiting is in the dark.
  17. I'm SOL as I'm literally allergic to Crocs.
  18. Acquired a couple new glides while the website was down. A Biggs Cetus and a KGB Prince.
  19. Happy for you @A-Jay
  20. Very nice!
  21. They aren't line shy. Go for it.
  22. 4.91 lbs. What did I win?😁 Nice fish. 6.5 hours, she was just playing hard to get.
  23. Hard to beat a 3 - 4" Bluegill under a cork for bait. A Spinnerbait has caught most of my Bowfin. I'd use as heavy a mono as you can get away with.
  24. Fish the bird baths, picnic tables, and swing sets in the flooded areas. Azalea bushes can really hold fish.
