  1. Ha Ha happy April fools day AJ.
  2. I’ve had ffs 2 years now Lvs34 I just added a mega 360 two weeks ago. I think the combination of both will be the best I haven’t been on the water yet this year hopefully in a couple more weeks I’ll be able to test it out.
  3. I went with the Andy Montgomery 6’9 H skipping rod and lews sp skipping reel I love the combo I’m not great at skipping either but I’m decent with this combo.
  4. I also used the double sided tape that came with it it’s been on for a 3 years the one on my last boat was on for 7 years.
  5. Keep a eye on Facebook marketplace my neighbor got a great deal on one last fall.
  6. I installed my mega 360 last weekend just waiting for the ice to melt now.
  7. What about a bass raider 10e or similar no trailer needed I throw mine in the back of the truck and a 55lb thrust trolling motor works great. I fish ponds and bigger lakes with it.
  8. I just do the crazy Alberto it’s never let me down and I can tie it very quick.
  9. Look up Russel marine products and bass fishing electronics you can trade in your old equipment for money off your new equipment.
  10. Curly tail grub or rage craw would be my choice.
  11. It depends on the water clarity and depth for me. If I’m fishing lake geneva which is extremely clear fish in 15 to 20 ft will come up for a regular diver sometimes. But I use both depending upon the lake and depth.
  12. They all work you don’t need anything special for FFS just use what you have.
  13. RMP electronics. Bass fishing electronics , Hennessy outdoors. They take trade ins and sell the used electronics. https://www.bassfishinelectronics.com/collections/pre-owned-fishfinders https://www.russellmarineproducts.com/used https://hennesseyoutdoorelectronics.com/collections/h-o-e-bone-yard
  14. I can’t tell you if you need a telescoping mount. But if your planning on purchasing a new graph just for 360 why not just get a Helix 15. I’m putting a Mega 360 on my boat this winter and plan on using my Helix 10 if I find it to small I’ll be adding a Helix 15.
  15. There’s been some reports of bad transducer. And garmin has been replacing them free of charge if your within the 2 years warranty. Others have been offered new transducers at a discounted price that are out of warranty so as crappy as it is I would do what garmin asks. But those who had bad transducers could not calibrate the compass.
  16. Try to calibrate your compass first then get a good size lure that’s very easy to see on your scope. Then go into the installation settings and adjust your transducer depth level until you see the splash when your lure hits the water. I’ve never had to click my transducer up .
  17. I also did that brand new combo I went to set it down and somehow missed most of the deck and over it went .
  18. I will be adding mega 360 this off season I think it will be valuable in conjunction with livescope.
  19. It’s not that easy I tried last year and had a handful of guys interested but couldn’t get anyone to agree to a day or time to fish. Plus you need permits for some lakes in my area it was a hassle. I ended up just giving up and joined a local club.
  20. I use the factory wire with my 55lb thrust endura max. The motor is mounted in the front the battery is in the rear with a 50a breaker. Never have problems unless I’m in thick weeds then I’ll trip the breaker hear and there.
  21. I have 65 on my frog rod and 50 lb on my buzzbait rod. I use suffix 832 for all my braid needs.
  22. Another great wake is a black dog baits G2 shellcracker. You can wake it or crank it down.
  23. Ms slammer or a big rat if your choice I use the spro rat.
  24. The only search bait I use is a big glide bait great way to find fish. Then I’ll follow up with a jerkbait or wacky rig worm.
  25. I think a 1775 or 1875 Lund impact should be on your short list. i had a 2014 1875 with a 150 it was a super nice boat.
