All my rods , reels , line weight , brand I keep on Word document on my desktop. I keep a printed copy in my reel box cabinet and have a copy on my phone. I am what one would call…. Anal ?

Indeed .. I use it for a lot..as mentioned and light weighted TRigs, Shakey heads. Wacky rigs.

It’s versatile.. I currently don’t have it set up a dedicated rod.. right now there is a Siebert’s Jig on it.. will throw a frog on it … some swim baits. Will pitch moderate cover with it which is mostly my neck of the woods..

Love mine . Paired up with Daiwa Tat. Elite . Have the Kaden 713c as well . Thoroughly enjoy this line.

Swung by Dicks sporting goods today as was passing by, this location actually has a nice size fishing section.. there was a very large selection of zoom baits .. only thing I did not see was their Z craw , luckily I have large stock of them myself .

This for me for most of my rods.. 3 others have 50lb . For where I live and fish works just fine .

Thanks.. fun little project and so much easier. Just gotta order my kayak racks .. now I can cut off the ends of uni- strut and button up the ends of them with caps of some sort but the pool noodle on the ends works for now lol. Beats gashing your leg open.

Added the racks .. skipped the welding.. now just kayak racks for top and done.

Just before sunrise I like to be on the water . I am not a wake up and walk out the door guy, need a couple hours lol. Between 3 and 4 if local.

A local small lake there is a kid that bugs me on occasion , think he as a screw loose or 2 so try to avoid him, a older gentleman which approached me a few times to chat for way to long when he saw me , he would just stand right next to me and watch me fish ,like no space.. I actually had to say something to him as it was getting old . Politely just said bud I’m just here for some quiet time when u see me. Some of the larger lakes it’s usually just quick chit chat in passing. I really haven’t had many problems with people as I usually steer clear anyways .

Take your pick really. It’s all subjective to each . As @J Francho said quiet and braid doesn’t go together for most part . I use PP, 832 and Seagaur Smackdown. Think I have 1 reel left spoiled with PP, 2 with 832 and rest with Smackdown as have been transitioning to it and really like it.

Picked up a jet ski trailer to convert. Pulled old tires and bearings , threw on new tires and rims , bearings and repacked new grease. Just added Uni strut and 4 inch pvc bunkers. My Ss127 fits perfect. Leaving the uni strut long for now incase decide to change up at all. A buddy Is going to do a little welding , than will add a AA ladder rack to throw 2 more yaks on top. Nothing special but it works.

Yeah I’ll get around to a different mount and actually a go pro.. I just been using my IPhone 12 Pro snapped into a holster clip on my pfd.. it’s just worked well so haven’t sprung for a go pro.. with my new yak it’s definitely a need or want now.

You are not alone .. I need to mount elsewhere than my chest.. that way it won’t pick up my breathing while I’m reeling a fish in which sounds like I’m horsing a whale in ?

What grease .. it was about bone dry lol, but I did clean up a bit.. but again there really was nothing there. Few of my Daiwa’s have been grease and lubed nicely from factory some not. Hence any reel I get I breakdown when I get it. That’s just me partly being anal and partly like tearing things apart.

I tore both of mine down fist thing and greased and oiled .. love these reels.

Crazy spring here in the east for sure.. May 6th and I’m on my deck with a winter coat this morning with my cup of coffee. Temps are stupid all over the place. Has me a bit confused as well and agitated I still live here lol.

No clue how many times I’ve heard why do have a life vest on and than a giggle, because I want to see my family . One drowned last season on a local lake I fish.. fell off boat, no pfd. small lake only 60 some acres.

Hoping for a good year myself with all the new toys to play with.. off to an unexpected slow start as have not been around last few weeks,, heck even online much. Back in town now so hoping to get out shortly.
