Thanks for the input .. I don’t have a store to compare.. this rod will be straight braid. , should have mentioned that. In that price range was considering mojo bass as well but was focusing on Dobyns. You mentioned in that price range .. what were u thinking.. again I don’t have a store that stocks a variety. So it’s here say and go from there.

That’s really sticks , it’s a reminder for us all. Only thing in bed of my truck is rods and Tackle bag, my whole bed is lined with a bed rug (3/4inch padded carpet) and tonneau cover. If yaks r loaded it’s all up front in cab.

I just use 2 layers of gorilla tape on the keel where I scrape and replace as needed.. ez pee zee

Overrun’s to me are not enough thumb or break , not the TWS . That’s me anyways.

Every week would be nice but maybe different days weekly or bi weekly to accommodate schedules. A set day of Tuesday’s I know I wouldn’t be able to make any as I have rehearsals. Basically a different set day each week or bi weekly, whoever can make it can make it. Just a idea.

When they start playing better . Zero time in the pocket , bad passes , dropped passes, secondary that gets burned most of the time. Went out today . My youngest back from college for winter break so we hit the banks. 2 locations zero bites for either of us. All I know is I should not have cleaned out the kayaks and tucked them away so early. A lot easier finding them on the water than the bank or shall I say limited access from the bank makes it a lot more tuff.

While 2020 has not been pleasant to say the least. I did get out with my youngest (19) more than ever before. He caught his PB , a tick over 4. I hope for health and wellness for all in 2021 and a lot less pressure on the water ways.
