ok guys as you know I always trout fishing while fishing for bass. In last overnight I catch a trout and the patterns are different from all other rainbows I catch before. Look we have all the spots everywhere even on the belly and they are very big spots(the diameter), Does anyone knows what kind of rainbow it is?

Ok the 6' to the most 6'6" nothing longer than that. My stream rods are 5'6".

Thats the great plan, There is couple of good guides for land base shark fishing, they have YouTube channel as well. youll have lots of fun and they are really good at it, Just be ready to stay at night.

I do have simple sticker with line size at the bottom or side of rods I have in my truck, But as you said I keeping it simple for most parts and I dont have issue that much. thats my 13 main bass fishing combo. my line size increases by rod power so I know them all. Spining one 4lb one 6lb and 8lb(three combo) casting two 12lb one 14lb two 16lb one 17lb two 20lb(eight combo) swimbait rods two all 25lb(two combo). and since I fish often and even not fishing I always play with them and clean them in home so I really never forget what line I have on them.

I do bait caster combo, braid 40lb powerpro to leader fluorocarbon 14-16lb for Weighted Texas rig. I do spinning combo, 8lb fluorocarbon for weightless wackey.

So sorry to hear that, I had injury and they said it will take 7 to 10 years for recovery, I couldn't stop fishing so I start light tackle which it expensive choice. I was the same and at first my hands went numb after 15min. First I change all my fishing tackle to lefty and I stay this way up to now and keep fishing with wrist/elbow bands. Now I can go half day and no numbness in hands only my legs due to injury and weight I gained because of injury(I gained 60lb). Now I am doing really better and trying to loose the weight also. I wish same thing happen to you. I cool off the fishing itch with doing bait and wait style for trout and catfish till I got better and start active fishing. I suggest you do the same and do bait and wait style till your surgery done and doctors allow you to start active fishing. wish you best luck and have great day.

The only cheap Shimano reel I had was a Sahara That I used for 8 years until I ran over it with my truck, Haha... that reel was cheap and heavy but worked like a champ. Anyways now this Cardiff is my cheapest reel and so far I like it, Anyways 3000 size reel 200gr with wooden bamboo knob is not bad.

this Cardiff half price of Stella but the same line management, Look high nice line seats on spool.
