Solo or group fishing -- your preference
I almost always go with someone else and I prefer it that way. I have only fished from a boat by myself maybe 10 times.

PC Virus 'Time Bomb' Set to Go Off Within Hours
Turning your computer off will only delay the process, unless you plan to leave your computer off. Like Glenn said it shouldn't be anything to worry about. One way to check if you have the virus is by trying to go to www.microsoft.com if the page says the page cannot be found then it is possible you have the virus. You will then need to find a link to the removal tool.

Stick Marsh - location, bait, and presentation
The bait and tackle store in Fellsmere has a room you can get. I have stayed there and it was pretty reasonable and the closests place you can stay to the stick marsh. It sleeps 6.

Battery Question
I would check the water in the battery. Fill it up if it needs it. Then fully charge the battery and try it out. If it still doesn't hold a full charge, return the battery for a replacement.

first trip of the spring
Before I go out I always check the trailer tires, trailer lights, boat lights, make sure the engine is running, check all saftey gear, check the tie down straps, check the winch strap and safety chains. Check all battery connections. Check fuses if you have any. Check your plugs. Check steering and throttle cables.

Motor Issue Need Help!!!
So today is the first time I'm able to get my boat out on the water. I have twice in the month since I have had it, started it twice on the earmuff and it idled fine and I even gave it a very small amount of throttle the second time I started it about 2 weeks apart. So today the motor doesn't want to start. Finally get it started. So the boat is in nuetral and using the fast start lever can throttle the engine up pretty high and it sounds good but wouldn't idle down to the level being all the way down. Finall got it to isle all the way down but when it was put into gear it wouldn't throttle up at all. Was kind of jumpy where it felt like it wanted to go but if you gave it too much gas it would stall. Any suggestion are welcomed. The motor is a 2004 Tohatsu 4-Stroke 30hp.

Central FL: Catching Shiners
I have read that is still the law, however I don't know how strictly they enforce the law. I remember being stopped at the ramp in my jon boat with my cast net and fishing poles and bucket for shiners and the only thing the office asked me was if I had my life jackets.

Central FL: Catching Shiners
Okay, here is the way to bait a shiner hole. You need a lake preferably a tannic dark lake with a shallow muddy bottom flat. Preferably 1.5 to 2.5ft. Get yourself some Hog Feed Pellets. Get a gallon or quart size freezer bag and fill it about 3/4 of the way to the top. Get some 20lb fishing line and tie it to the ziplock. Go to the lake/river. Poke about 20 holes in the bag and toss it in the water until the bag sinks. Tie the 20lb line to a nearby tree or whatever you can find. Toss some extra hog feed in a 20 foot radius around the area. Wait about 12 hours and come back. Slowly and quietly creep up on your shiner hole. Throw some more hog feed out and wait about 5 minutes. You should be able to see the shiners eating the hog feed on the surface. Now all you have to do is throw the cast net. A 50lb bag of hog feed should only cost about $12. I used to do this all the time. I was able to get close to 3 dozen shiners in one cast net throw. Hope this helps you and anyone else out. Hog feed seems to work the best. Make sure the hog feed is oozing out of the ziplock bag.

No, it doesn't always work but I have seen it work numerous times. It usually works best the sooner you can get the device in the rice.

Water Soaked Electronics
I know a lot of people have probably dropped their cell phone in the water or fell in with the phone in their pocket. Maybe your dry storage happens to not be as dry as you thought. I know I have ruined a few different types of electronics. I had a co-worker recently that had his iPhone go through a whole wash cycle in the washer. You would think this phone would be completely shot. When he originally got the phone out of the washer it wouldn't even turn on. He called me (IT Person) and asked if there was anything he could to get the phone working again. I did some online searching and found a possible solution. RICE. Do not try to turn the device on. If possible remove the battery. As soon as your device has water damage turn the device off or remove the battery as soon as possible. This will help to reduce the amount of damage to the device. All you have to do is go to the grocery store and get a 1lb bag of uncooked rice (preferably white) and submerge the electronic device in the rice over night. The rice will draw the water out of the device. Depending on how saturated the rice is repeat until the rice is completely dry when you remove the device. Once the device is completely dry clean the battery contacts with a q-tip. Replace the battery and try to turn the device on. Hopefully the device will work. The co-workers cell phone that went through the wash is now fully functional after following these steps. A bag of rice saved him $500. DO NOT BLOW DRY YOUR DEVICE. The water that dries in the device will rust the electrical contacts in the device. Hope this will help some people out.

narrowed it down...
I would go with the pflueger. I have two Presidents and two Trion's and I love all of them. The 35 is perfect for Bass fishing.
