Thanks guys I really appreciate this! I saw you did a KC area guys tournament at Wilson a few years ago, maybe we could do one of these this summer at doco or somewhere else? Hopefully they can be team tourneys, for those of use who don't have boats. ? Edit: For those of us who don't have boats.

@A-Jay The respect you show these amazing fish is incredible! Most people would boat flip them and they would flop around the boat for a bit. You net your fish and then make sure they get on their pad. Fish would want to be caught so they could get this special treatment! Caps off!

My Cabelas has everything.... Except my freaking War Eagle Finesse jigs. I've been out for 6 months+!!!

Hey Clayton, they still have these? I am interested in fishing them with my high school fishing partner. I've looked on the website, but it just looks like cat fishing tourneys.

Fishing from a cheap lifetime kayak makes standing to whiz very hard. I get out of the yak and find a tree every time.

One of my neighbors has lived in and fished in Wyandotte county for 55+ years, not once was he stopped to be checked for a fishing license. He was chatting with a game warden a year or two ago and he was joking about never getting checked for a license, fish time he was ever checked.

Is the drain the lake thing required? I don't understand it.

I think it was expected. Christie is catching fish doing something he talked about in the one of the latest bassmaster magazine. Throwing a big colorado bladed spinnerbait to pre/post/spawning fish, since he couldn't see them in the muddy water. Kinda cool to see. ?‍♂️

Found a a picture I didn't know I had of when I fished with my great uncle, grandpa, dad, and uncle in Wisconsin last summer. Had so much fun on that trip! 100% sure I caught this fish twice on two different days, on the same shoal, on a swim jig and a BPS hybrid rattle jig. It had a rip in the top of it's mouth from the swim jig, and then hooked it in the side of its mouth with the other jig.

Amazing! A 7 pounder is a rare brown bass as well, we don't have any down here! I love seeing your pictures of these huge smallies!

@A-Jay How close have you come to your state record, 9.33 lbs I think? Those smallies you caught would pop if they got any bigger!
