I took two of my sons night fishing for catfish . We were sitting in our folding chairs when a not small frog hopped over to me and climbed up onto my shoe. Then he just sat there staring into my eyes. Every time I kicked him off he came back and did the same thing. Weird huh

I use the double loop knot .

I prefer mono . I don’t rip out as many hooks and have plenty of control with 25# mono .

I use a whetstone usually.

That tree is loaded. We’ve got two apple trees here at the house that make maybe ten apples a year.

At the lake I had two guys walk up to me and one said “ hey , can you settle an argument for us ? “ then he pulled a knife out of his pocket and said “ does this look like a good knife to stab a truck driver?” His buddy grabbed his arm and told him come on man let’s go. Goodness gracious, that’s a lot of sammiches. It is work , but it’s a good time when there’s a bunch of people “helping”. Those fish tacos look delicious. Same here. Game warden told me it was golden algae , whatever that is.
