I’m going to jump on the trilene xl wagon. Last night I was fishing from the bank and got stuck in a bush. Pert near blew an o-ring trying to break off. Coupled with the limpness and low memory it’s just an awesome product.

Dobyns is the bomb-diggity! My wife got me the sierra sf703 for our anniversary, and I get to try it out today. Hooray!

It s casts a 1/2 oz frog great . It also makes an excellent jig rod. Super sensitive and well balanced.

I started with an old crappy boat that I had to work on a lot , and I am glad about that. If I had made the mistakes in a new boat that I did in my dinosaur turd it would have been expensive! Also taking a quick boater safety course pays off big time.

I have been using a 10:1 , and it works good for pitching, but will wear my wrist out for just about anything else. It’s kind of a one trick pony.

Drink plenty of water and cover your skin . The sun will cook you at high altitudes. Also don’t take a bag of chips from home. They will pop

Maybe that’s why there’s so many floaters after tournaments. All the bass drank too much Mountain Dew and got a tummy ache.

Yeah my favorite is when mommie’s precious little angel squeezes his boat between me and the bank while he’s looking for bed fish. I love that !

Yeah it’s a bummer when I get to the lake and somebody’s sitting on all my top secret spots. Maybe they’re not that top secret after all. Dang it Richard !
