Chest waders that will last
Are you looking for insulated or non insulated?

Dobyn's Fury or Lew's KVD
I have 2 Fury's, one for frogs and one for swimbaits. They're great for that but I wouldn't want one for a bottom contact rod.

do I need to buy leader
I just use regular mono for leader.

The latest sale thread
I like them too. Plus I usually get my stuff from them in a day or two.

Mono that has been stored in the garage
Know how I know neither one of you have ever spent a summer in Southern Oregon? ?

Has anyone ordered directly from Dobyns?
I called and directly ordered from them last spring.

Does anyone still use Mr Twister keeper hooks?
I'm going to order some Hang 10 & Mag 12 worms anyways. I'll throw a few packs in the cart and just see if I like them as much as I used to.

Mono that has been stored in the garage
No direct sun, just the heat of the garage. Thanks guys.

Mono that has been stored in the garage
I found a few spools of mono that have been in my uninsulated garage for probably 2 years. It inadvertently ended up out there instead of my indoor spot where I usually keep it. Mono is cheap so I can just chuck it, but how much does heat effect it over that amount of time?

New St Croix rod
This. According to some here the Daiwa BG2500 is "heavy". Maybe I just enjoy the actual act of fishing enough to not worry about ounces on my gear. Now backpacking gear is a different story!

Soft plastics that live up to the hype..
Producto Lure Tournament worms are still my favorite after almost 40 years of fishing them.

I'm going to start throwing this....
This is me. When I start using anything out of my confidence zone, and I don't catch fish right away, I change it up before really giving it a chance.

Swim Jig, Football jig or, Flipping Jig to imitate a Bluegill?
Mike at @Siebert Outdoors recommended the Grid Iron Arky package for me to get started.

This. And Roboworms.

I'm going to start throwing this....
Believe it or not it's jigs. But I'm going to stick with them this year.

Do you not fish them anymore? If you've got 4/0 & 5/0 I might be interested, send me a message.

*Public Service Announcement*
That's why I asked about the SDS earlier. Usually some secret goop that sells for $12 an ounce is just another existing product that's being repackaged.
-
Does anyone still use Mr Twister keeper hooks?
I saw them direct from Mr Twister

*Public Service Announcement*
Has anyone pulled up the SDS on this stuff to see what it actually is?

Does anyone still use Mr Twister keeper hooks?
These are all I ever used to use. I actually didn't even know they were still made until recently. I remember getting solid hookups and not tearing up baits too badly. I know they're old school but does anyone still use them?

Rod Arsenal
Along with drop shot and Neko rigs. I also bought a E6X 853s JWR for nighttime and windy weather fishing.

Meh, the wealth of good info here makes it all worth it. Mostly.- Shimano MGL Reels
This is good to hear. I have a SLX MGL on the way. It's going on a 2020 Kistler Helium LMH for lighter(ish) plastics. I'm hoping they work well together. - Disillusioned by new Shimano Vanford 500 vs Lew's Wally Marshall Signature Series 50
