  11. I own 2 pistol grips. Both are 5'6" medium action from BPS. Believe Lew's makes one too. Like mine for bank fishing and when sitting down in a Jon Boat. Finding access to fish a decent creek is not always easy and, once you do, it's best to keep it to yourself and others you trust. And we have huge gators in MS too just not in this location.   15. Fish from the bank mostly in clear water around rip rap. Not a crankbait man BUT like to downsize and fish the Strike King lipless Bitsy Shad 3/16oz with 6 # test spinning with Shimano Solstace paired with BPS med. light Tourney Special 2pc 6'6" spinning rod. Also, like the Academy H2OX Shallow Running 1/8oz crankbait. Downsize looking for bites that will get some panfish but in the mix usually a Largemouth Bass. Good Fishing
  16. Remember the days when lived in a large metropolitan area in Texas. Remember when there were more than a few posters who posted on BR nice bass caught in urban locations. Some in busy downtown locations. Retired now and long gone from that setting but learned a narrow ditch with no more than 5ft high of water or less could very well hold a very nice female bass.   17. Bass Fishing has been good. Focus fishing effort with soft plastics in a green/black/red coloration. Minnows and spinner baits also work well. The topwater bite is good in the early mornings and late evenings around lily pads. Focus fishing in the early mornings and late evenings. Fishing will be slow during the heat of the day.
