  4. Yea we need the rain bad. The lake is still 2 1/2 feet low of where I really like it to be for the spawn.
  5. That's true but my bare feet in a metal boat would sure know it was snowing lmao. Got to beable to dig my toes into the carpet for more power on the hookset ?
  6. With 4 inches of snow on the ground. I dont think their bitting to good right now. Plus the country going down in a flaming basket right now. And I haven't got my shipment of Tokyo rigs in yet, so I'm sitting on go lol.
  7. Yea it's getting close too that time to break out the ribbet frog and swimbait.
  8. Agreed. There is a point in the back of a cove near my house. Come spawn the water will be up and they will be in the 2 to 3 foot area in the brush. But right now they are in the 5 to 7 foot depth at the tip of the point, water depth due to the winter water level. Come spawn that will be 10 to 12 foot. Distance they will travel between now and spawn is about 20 yards. And they never leave that point, they are there 365 days a year. I seen them on the graph this morning when I went pasted after shooting some ducks.
  9. I truly hope your right but I'm almost 100% positive your wrong.
  10. His vids to have some good info in them, but the dude just puts me to sleep. Yall post up when they get to the meat and potatoes of the subject. I just want the data.
  11. Every day since sunrise the 1st I been in a tree. I got to give them a break some time are there wont be any leavt for yall to catch?
  12. What do you mean moved around? They do shift when the water levels go up and down. And I'm sure the hurricane straight blew some out of position or simple got broke off. Heck San miguel was missing so many already, it was hard to know where some of the turns were at and that was before the hurricane.
  13. Nope SRA drained it and paved it over for parking and installed the largest drive in movie screen so we can watch the country burn down live lol
  14. No way. We all know they move to Rayburn for the winter lol. But seriously love me some pre coldfront topwater action.
  15. We hold it down in zwolle. Had a good bite going on this morning but it died off around noon.
  16. Who needs a boat lmao. They getting their pre winter feed on right now. 2 foot of water chasing bait, seen it from the porch while I was drinking coffee, so I slipped down and 3rd cast babammmmm. Old swimbait does it again.
  17. Good to see someone is still finding them. Guess they all didn't buy a bus ticket to Rayburn ?
  18. To close to hunting season, catch me come mid January.
  19. Yes I know. I live on the lake. Best time to fish is on a current caused by a dropping water level.
  20. Red fish? What's that? I thought large mouth bass was the only fish worth catching lol. Joking ofcourse.
  21. Yea my boat has been parked for a bit, got wrapped up in chasing hogs and now we are just over 2 months from hunting season, so probably not going to hit the water again till Jan or Feb.
  22. Hey Catt. Would you repeat what you just said? Couldn't here you over the crickets in here lmao.
  23. A hard well defined hump on the inside of a creek swing are the river swing. I don't worrie about the depth, if the fish are there I'm doing what I have too to get a bait to them.
  24. Y'all going to be on the La or TX side? There is a small shop in Hemphill as well but I don't know all what he carries, my dad buys his troatline shiners at that shop. As far as bass gear, Toledo town is going too have the most options to fill your itch.
  25. Toledo town tackle in Toledo town is going to be your best option.
