Yeah unfortunately they are in my area, there have been gang fights up to 100 guys at a time and a few smaller ones. Had one of around 25 people in the court across from where I live last year. Never saw so many cops responding at one time.

Starting tomorrow in MD it will be illegal to talk on a hand held cellphone while driving. The law was obviously passed for safety reasons. But a study came out that said the laws like this and the no texting laws have actually increased accidents because people will still do it but try to hide it more so less attention is paid to driving.

Part of your credit rating is debt to income ration. Adding another loan would affect this, its affect would be very hard to tell without a lot of other information. May be a question for whoever is doing the loan for you.

I am in germantown md. going to at least 1 gig of ram would be good. But for the space you will have to go to add/remove programs and delete the programs you don't need. Most likely pre-installed stuff is taking up space. Otherwise it has to be data files no easy way to say how to go thru them and remove what you don't need......

Memory and disk space are two completely different things. How big is the hard drive in the new system? Have you looked how much was left?

Fished a tourney there two weeks ago, was very tough day. The only fish we got were on sliderheads fished very slow.

I personally have no problem with the increase, everything is getting more expensive. I broke a loomis at my last tourney, filled out the online form and got a new rod 3 days later. Which was great except for the new rod was broke (first guide was bent and the wrapping were it connects to the blank was cracked). I called loomis and got no questions just pulled up my name, confirmed address and another new rod was shipped.

Got out with Hellbender on Saturday at Black Hills, fishing was slow for some reason. Thought we would have a good day but ended up with 3 fish total, highlighted by his 5lb 11oz LM. All the fish came on 5in Senko's. Went to the upper Potomac yesterday, launched out of Whites Ferry. Had a pretty good day there. Caught a lot of smallies and panfish. Nothing big but the numbers were good. Most fish were on slider heads, towards the end of the day got into a good popper bite.

One of the first questions I ask if I am going out with someone new is how many rods I can bring. You can't assume because of what size boat or any other reason. Its a respect thing, its his/her boat and its their rules.

My only other hobby is darts...play in a league every Wednesday night

Unfortunately I am not fishing it, have 3 teams from my club though. Weather looks pretty good, hopefully the frog bite will be on otherwise it will be a long day.

Welcome to the site, it is a great place. In the Northeast section of the website there is a thread called Marylands Who's Who, a lot of talk about our area and some good guys to fish with. I am just down the road from you in Germantown, do a lot of fishing on Black Hills, and part of a local club.

Ended up getting 1st place with my partner, it was a team tourney. The bite was tough, we ended up with 5 fish for 9lbs even. There was a few boats which came in with 1 or 2 fish. My boater did get 2 good sized catfish, and 1 needlefish.

Personally, I would go with yozuri hybrid I have it on all my rods similar to your new setup. tried other lines but always go back.

I am at work 6am to 6pm today and tomorrow.....

Got out for the day on the upper potomac, put in at Whites Ferry. Overall a good day, both of us in the boat caught a couple dozen smallies. A lot of 10in fish, but each of us got a couple 14in smallies. Water was clear but very low, fortunately on hit one rock at 25mph. Got stuck on a few others as we floated down the river. Only rough parts was loosing one good fish when my knot failed. First time that has happened in a long time. Lost another but have now idea why. Set the hook and as the rod loaded up everything went slack. The topwater was gone, the line was a clean cut. Looked like a 11in or so smallie, nothing that should have bit me off.

Okay, I had that wrong, I was thinking you were fishing a different tourney. The things which worked during the tourney I was in other then the poppers were jigs(this guy was across the river in a different cover with docks which he pitched to), slider heads with finesse worms or 3in senkos, and senko's. The bite was tough when we were there, once the tide started coming in there were very few bites.

Was just there a couple of weeks ago, the only fish either my boater or myself caught were on poppers. Which won't do much good in your tourney, we each had a couple hits on frogs but no hookups. Hopefully the cooler weather by then will help.

Well babies are a little heavy to cast, make sure you have the right rod..... Congrats on the first baby!!!!!!!!

100% a Caps fan.... Will they take the cup this year, they have the talent. But unless Mike Green and Alex Semin figure out how not to disappear when things matter most, and as a team how to play playoff hockey they won't...

I haven't done well in the backwash area or out in front of those tubes at all this year. The last time or two that I tried it I haven't even seen the cruisers that I normally do.

Do you have a boat or fishing from shore? The thread basser89 suggested has a lot of information in it. I live in Germantown so I fish the same area. If the thread doesn't show what you are looking for IM me and we can figure some things out.

If someone never tries something new they will never learn. Linux distro's are free so its not going to cost alot.
