If you had to give up all your reels but 1, which one would you keep, and why. I would keep my Curado 50E. Its soo smooth and versitile, and its just soo much fun to fish. Feels great in the hand, and never fails me.

Calcutta 100TEDC. Why? Because it's heavy enough for jigs, small swimbaits and spinnerbaits yet small enough for Senkos, worms and cranks. And, IMO, is the most durable reel on the market and has been for years.

I have a Calcutta, a small one from the early 2000's I got used, I have to say it's pretty durable.

Shimano conquest 50. I have fallen in love with it ever since I took it out of the box.

My Abu 4500C. It will never die, only gets smoother and theres no infinite anti reverse to give out.

Shimano Calcutta 100A: Solid as an anvil, versitile as a pair of Channellocks, dependable as a 30/30

Curado 51E

By far not the most popular choice but I would have to choose the Pflueger Patriarch XT. This reels has gone so far above expectation it still surprises me. I have always been a shimano guy, but after using the Patriarch I am convinced that Pflueger is definitely capable of making products that either compete with the bigger names or even surpasses the mainstream stuff.

Probably my MGX-SHS, although having that high of a gear ratio would suck on moving baits. But for jigs/t-rigs & the like, it works like a charm & I've come to really like it this spring. Second would probably be my Premier or TP1S if I wanted a low speed reel.

Curado 51e

I would say my new Chronarchs or my Revos but if my lower priced Lews Speed Spool keeps proving itself like it has over the last 5 weeks, I'm not too sure it might be the one.

i have 8 Revo S's. And thats all the reels i own. Sooooo id keep a Revo

My new chronarch for sure

I have a Calcutta 150 that I got from my wife after winning the South African artificial lure champs. Although I don't use it that much anymore it is the one reel I could never get rid off.

Ryobi Zauber 1000. It's all metal, butter smooth, has a great drag, and is just dang sexy (imho). It has the perfect balance of size, capacity, and weight for the 7' Browning HiPower it's currently mounted on.

I don't have any of the high dollar reels most of you fellas use, but I do love my PQ more than anything I've ever used.
