Featured Replies

I was wondering what is everyone's go to lure for bass fishing. In other words, what lure do you never leave home without?

As you can see from the responses Long Mike is absolutely right, different fishermen different baits. One of my favorites is a plastic worm I've fished them alot, wierdly though I've never caught a fish on a Trick Worm, I've fished them but don't have the confidence in them. Confidence is key

Senko, with a close second being a frog. I've been killing on frogs this summer up here in Wisconsin.

I don't have a preset go to lure, top picks for me are going to vary based on type of lake , water clarity & seasonal patterns. That said from early spring to late fall a jig will always be a top option.

Weightless zoom trick worm and zoom super fluke Arkansas shiner produce the most for me.

A spinnerbait works in all waters and all conditions, though in clear to lightly stained water, my go to baits are soft jerkbaits and soft sticks.
