Forty-Four Years And Counting

Featured Replies

Yesterday my bride and I celebrated our forty-fourth wedding anniversary.  After all these years she's still my best friend and confidant.  We've watched our kids grow up and bless us with their children; and then have their children bless us again with a great-grandchild.

It seems like only yesterday when I asked her to be my wife, and to my great fortune, she accepted. Our life together has not always been a bed of roses, but she has stood by me through thick and thin, and Gawd how I love her for doing so.

Congrats to both of you for a wonderful achievement.

I hope you take the family to an expensive restaurant. Like at the airport!!!

Good job Mike to you and yours. My wife and I had our 40th in June. Many years of total bliss...Not. But wouldn't have it any other way. We followed our kids to Tenn to be with grandkids.....what a gift from above.
