Your post caught me off guard and made me make the "Ouch Face".

Here's to you and a speedy & comfortable recovery.

And stay off the trampoline . . . . .

A-Jay

Thanks A-Jay, no trampoline for me...lol.

Time away from work and a great meal with my family.

That's perfect.  My family started a no gifts for adults policy a few years ago and it makes Christmas infinitely more enjoyable.  My Grandmother takes the Christmas money she would have spent on everyone and donates it to a different local charity every year.

well my kids surprised me. had a great day  with the grandkids. my oldest son did me right on truck stuff and some clothing. my younger son swamped me with a bunch of designer clothes and a 500$ bps card! wow i was totally surprised. new seats coming soon for the boat. merry christmas to all

Mom just surprised the hell out of me. Costa man o' war 580p glasses, trokar hook set (the 60$ one??) and a thing for spooling line. Had no idea. This was coming. Father in law got me BPS GC in grab bag. And my misses got me GC to local gun store.

Kayak and a couple of my favorite baits.  Also ordered myself a Shimano Sahara 3000 & Shimano Clarus with money I was given.

I got an H2O back pack in the spring and I love it..... One thing I found out don't over load it, the shoulder straps are not sewn in very well and had to get mine replaced...

Chris

I got a bps gift card from my mom, and a Berkley digital fish scale from my brother.

Thanks to the thread a little bit ago about good reading material I put a ton of stuff on my amazon wishlist, I got about 10 books that are highly recommended by y'all.

Bunch of rod socks. Abu 6501. Spool of 65 lb braid and a new digital fish scale. I havent gone to my parents yet. Just at the in-laws.

This Christmas was mostly boat stuff. Onboard 2 bank charger, hydrofoil , another boat cover, portable Bluetooth speakers ,some fishing lures and a daiwa alpha custom finesse that I brought back from Japan.

Nothing fishing related but i did get a 22 1/2"Weber Smokey Mountain cooker :) :)

I got a bunch of trays since i have so many baits some of them are in cardboard boxes. Then i got a falcon bucoo but my dad put a broken rod in the container it came in instead for when i opened it.

m1 carbine that my dad restored and a 7'3" H *** ***....After I asked for an ***. quite the surprise.

Was the M1 a Rock Ola?

A gallon of outboard 2-cycle oil was the most unique. Good timing too. I was almost out.
