Did you actually empty this cart??

I stocked up as well. Their hard baits are an absolute steal for that price and they catch me plenty of fish. Just caught a solid 5lber on one of their bluegill colored lipless baits.

Just received Tatula CT #3. This one is a 6.3 that I'm gonna use on my moving baits rod. Can't beat this thing for $98.

Also stocked up on yum plastics from dicks for $2 a bag.

That's how I acquired my big purchase of soft plastics from dicks. Yum was $2 a bag and the zoom was but 3 get one free

Get off my shoulder you filthy monkey! Haha just kidding, stay as long as you like.Bait monkey told me I needed a new reel to pair with the new Mojo Bass rod I bought 3 days ago.

Yup. I'll take a pic when everything arrives. The wait is seriously rough knowing I finally got a metanium on the way

I cleared Dick's out of several packs of Trokar EWG hooks in size 3/0 and 4/0 today, gotta love BOGO!

Clearance drew me in again. Got all this for  $18. The red label was $3! All hooks were .75 a pack except the KVD jika rigs which were $1

$0.75 Gamakatsus?!! Good score! Where did you find them?

Walmart. They cut the price in half too. Last time I bought them from clearance a week or two ago, they were $1.50 a pack and that was when I really loaded up.  For some reason they have all of the Mustad, Gamakatsu, and a couple other good brands on clearance and everything they are keeping in stock is cheap Eagle Claw bait holder hooks and pre-snelled hooks. Kind of irritates me but i guess after going through the clearance rack a few times, I shouldn't have to buy hooks for a while.

Well, that self-imposed timeout from new tackle didn't last as long as I anticipated. I lost one of my new 110's last week and figured I better replace that with three more. Friggin Bait Monkey...

Probably because they can't sell the premium tackle as well as they can with the cheaper stuff.

I'm sure that's exactly it. Which sucks though because the nearest big sporting goods stores are all 50-60 miles away! Oh well, I'm pretty well stocked up now.

It had two fastach clips and a barrel swivel. They are called mustad fastach x-rig

The bait monkey was very active last year. I stocked up on a bunch of stuff, two rod/reel set ups, quite a few hard baits, especially topwaters and swimbaits and many plastics that I don't really need.

When I got the SS Minnow out of winter hibernation, it was all downhill. Spent my time from April 1 to mid July just getting my motor working properly. Finally got it but the weather was not good in the fall so I called it quits early. All together I think I went fishing about 8 times total. So the result is that I haven't spent ANY of my money on tackle this year. Not a single cent.

All I want is one or possibly two more topwaters and that is all. So there.

one of my fishing buddies texted me this on Friday night before our first tournament, I think he has more problem with the bait monkey than I do... but he asked if I wanted some soft plastics, um yeah, I'll end up with some of it to deal with too.

Come to papa! I was able to source the Megabass 2017 limited rooster set. It won't be here for a few weeks so I used another pic. It looks better anyways since mine won't ever get opened. 3oR8UD.jpg

Over the winter I decided to give jigs a try and have been slowly building up a collection.  I have gotten about a dozen or two from Seibert Outdoors and the quality, as I am sure you all know, is amazing.  Price is pretty great too.  I have had some luck with the RT Swimmers in KVD Magic and wanted to get some swimjig to match.  Not seeing anything on the site, I shot Mike an email and he offered to make me up some to match.

Pretty nice job I think.  I am currently looking for some waterproof googlie-eyes to glue into the eye holes.

Just ordered the CT Type R 50th Anniversary in 6.3 for the wife and I ordered the Tatula SV TWS in 7.3 for myself. I also ordered the Tatula elite 7'3" MH Ehrler rod for myself. Not sure what rod the wife will end up with but we're super excited to get these!

Shimano Chronarch 50e (brand new) & Chronarch 200e (almost brand new) still in their boxes. Happy i got there fast!
