I've used the Gantarel Jr and like it. Hoping this Bream Slide is as good, if not better.

Yep. Great for flipping into heavy weeds with a bullet weight in front or a jig inside the craw. But I'm sure by now all the magic has worn off yours so you can send them to me for disposal.

Did good today, just bought a new backpack to replace my broken older bps one. Resisted the urge so far to buy the lipless crankbaits and choppo 

 

 

Received a couple of my favorite drop shot baits.  Custom hand pour by Paul Krew.  Super soft  and high quality pour.  Every bait is perfect.   Seems the only time I don't get bit on these is when the boat is still on the trailer.

Nice looking baits, looks like you have a handful of smelts there ?. Those would be good on a lot of the big, deep inland lakes around here where smallies gorge on smelts.

Those baits have the same profile as the Z-man Trick Shot. They look better with eyes.

Do it.  It's a way to put afew more in the boat.  Big player once the brown bass go deep.

I'm rather embarrassed I've never tried it. It's obvious how productive it is. I really need to work on my finesse fishing as a whole come to think of it. 

 

And I hear ya on the smallies. When I think of drop shotting, I think of smallies. I have some nice smallie lakes around me too. 

Monkey beat me with a stick. Ordered a Kistler Helium. Liked it so much I got two more. 

 

On one hand I really enjoy all the interesting stuff, occassionally I do miss the hula popper, crazy crawler, jitterbug, few mepps spinners, jointed minnow, and a bag of purple worms being the entire tackle kit. But not enough that I want to go back.

I love it whenever my wife texts me and says that we got a package from Japan.
