Whoa!  That looks REALLY nice, man.  Sweet combo!  Borderline distractingly beautiful haha    

 

I got two reels in the mail last night.  The Ito Ai I immediately took apart and cleaned/re-lubed as it had some grime in the cracks, then polished the frame with Never-Dull/microfiber cloth for over an hour and stuck 'er on the 852 to see how it balanced.  It's like they were made for each other!  Incredibly light for sure, palms perfectly into my hand and looks awesome too.  I can't wait to spool it up and put it to use!  

 

 

 

 

 

 

No sooner had I put that combo in the rack then the doorbell rings- it's the mailman with the Curado 200i AND my flash carp slide swimmer.  STOKED AGAIN.  Opened 'er up and freespooled it to the sound of a metal ticking-  OH NO!  Pulled it apart, gave it a full clean and proper re-lube, reassembled it and it's smooth as a baby's bottom now.  Put it on the 705cb champ and called it a day.  I had sweet dreams last night to say the least.   

Stopped at Dick's after watching the Linder brothers catch Smallmouth over the weekend and picked up a few Shadow Raps.  Had to wait for them to go into the back and bring out the box and dump the lures on the counter first, tho.

 

Beautiful reel rippin.lips, but I think it would look better on one of my rods.  .  Sorry Master Bait'r, but my ito ai looks better on my 6.6" M-XF Zillion even if it is a cheaper rod.  Is there any reel that actually looks good on an NRX?

FWIW if it was pink with purple flowers on it I'd still fish it every day.
