I can't wait to. The fit & finish as well as colors look great and the segmentation should make them nice and finessey. I got the 4" and after fondling had to get the 5.5". They feel like they'll do exactly what I'm looking for on that end of things.

I'd get the 7.5" one I live in NY so i know how you feel about throwing big baits here in the northeast but trust me... they work, and pull in some lunker bass along with small ones too.

Was at Waly World and picked up a Plano line spool box, and a couple of bags of Zoom 4" lizards in watermelon seed and Pumpkin black flake. They really didn't have much, so I was happy I did'nt spend a load.

Was that from the small bass boat anglers swap? There's a guy there every year that sells Pointers for $5 NIB; that's where I got all 12 of my mine. Looks like he may have raised his prices slightly tho.

It is tackle. You don't buy reels at bed bath and beyond.

When I think tackle I think bait or gear. Rods and reals are more equipment or hardware in my mind.
