Went in for a biopsy on my back yesterday, the decision was made for surgery as well.  They could not put me asleep, however they tried.  Pain.....wow, and I still have it.  Got off the recovery bed and went home, had enough of the hospital.  My pain meds helping  little, at least I have the PGA on an my phone at hand......lol.  Hopefully I start treatment very soon.

Wishing you a quick and painless recovery, dude. hang in there!

Congrats. Hope for a speedy recovery.

My back pain is so bad. Spinal stenosis plus three lower discs. They won't operate. I'm on morphine now. Still in pain. I'm getting injections in the discs.

Luckily I can fish with a chair nearby. Nothing is stopping me from fishing.

Get better soon man. Keep on being a trooper!

good luck to you

Back problems suck, I had 2 herniated discs in my lower spine that cause some painful sciatica, couldn't walk or stand up straight for 2 years, I changed doctors and insurance and finally got injections in my spine so the sciatica went away but if I mess my back up again the Dr wants to do the surgery, not looking forward to it at all

My wife has had major back issues for years. She has been through a lot. Having watched her struggles I understand how debilitating back pain can be. I will keep you in my prayers Snook.

Hope all goes well!

Sorry to read about your back problems.

Back problems are a major medical situation and hopefully your surgeons can correct the issues without causing future problems.

Have you in my thoughts and please keep us posted on your surgery and recovery.

Sure don't like the sound of the word "Biopsy".

Here's hoping everything works out and you're soon back on a regular schedule of salt air in the morning and green fish in the afternoon!

That one word was all I had to hear.  I know it's not so much "back problems" as much as it's a concern for the C-word and having been in a similar set of shoes, I'm really thinking about you SS.  All my best your way, and keep us updated please!  If there's anything we can do, just say the word, man.
