I've seen enough from him over the years to know he didn't have the stones, like pushing for 4th and goals, being so close to the endzone and just going for the field goal is not having enough balls.

That's one reason that made me care less when the eagles played

Time will tell with the Eagles ~

Let's see if the new regime gets it done with the current cast.

Divisional games are always tough, doesn't matter what each team's records are. We got the Jets and Fins to finish the season out and it's never a cake walk. Some really good football to watch if you're a true fan of the game. Should be fun!

Oh man, lost both...Jets even lost to Buffalo causing their playoff chance to be in flux. Divisional games are tough!

Bye Jets. .. Bills with a solid win. Finally found a QB..

Don't think for a minute that they rested guys like Endelman, Volmer, Hightower, and Chandler Jones on this game. They're looking at the bigger picture.

2 weeks until the first game... should be good for them

Could Be I guess - But they've looked pretty pathetic past few weeks ~

Tyrod is my man! Can't wait to see what
he can do next year. Now Rex? I dunno...
Was really excited with his hire, but reality
has set in. Hope he gets it together next
season.

Agreed. I think the Pats will be a force again
should these guys find their game quickly
after being out...

Big picture my friend.

They've beaten teams with a depleted team on the o-line, running back and receiver and to not mention that they lost 2 linebackers that set the defense and a safety that settles the secondary.

They get a lot back for the playoffs and I don't think they give a rat's @$$ if they're on the road or not.

I think ARI threw in the towel half way through the first quarter. They just don't look like they care.

I didn't even bother watching the NE game.

I really hope none of the ARI starters are playing the second half. Should have sat the 2nd quarter....CAR has all but locked up the #1 seed at the half.

Reading rotoworld...Petine will almost certainly be fired and is leaving behind "the worst head coaching job in the league". I'm sure some ambitious Tomsula type will take the job, but has there ever been a case where an owner is unable to fill a head coaching job? They are almost certainly going to lose Mack at center which puts an even bigger hole in their O line. Not to mention, albeit a freak talent, Josh Gordon's off the field issues + Manziel seems like a head on collision nobody in their right mind would want to deal with. They also are bottom of the barrel in pretty much every defensive aspect of the game. Has there been a worse HC vacancy?

                                 GO BRONCOS!

Looks like the packers aren't going anywhere in the playoffs this year. I think they run to much.

that i agree with.  From what i read he had that meeting with Lurie after losing to the dreadful deadskins and when was asked about relinquishing control of people he balked and Lurie canned his butt.

those dreadful Redskins have put the Eagles out of the playoffs the last two years, have beat the Eagles in 3 straight games as well. I thought Kelly would do ok after his first couple seasons, then he got roster power and it ruined him. He has to learn in the NFL its more about players and their talents than it is about scheme. He failed to build relationships with his players as well...

their offensive line is been banged up most of the year, as a Redskins fan i hope we can take advantage of that next Sunday. but even with GB struggling lately, i hope the Redskins dont think they can overlook anyone...

Mario williams gave up when he signed the big contract with buffalo.

actually, Williams gave up when Rex Ryan thought it was a great idea to drop him into coverage half the time instead of letting him rush the passer, which is what he does best and is known for in the NFL...

Jordy Nelson should lead all ballots for MVP this year

every year someone says something like this about an injured player, and every year i think its one of the dumbest things i have ever heard even if meant as a joke, no offense but jordy nelson will never be league MVP...

Denver is in!  We'll see if "defense wins championships".

about that Denver defense, they started off on fire, but they have really collapsed lately. i drafted them in fantasy football and they served me well, but they havent been up to par lately it seems. I wouldnt count on Denvers defense too much, I would be more concerned with getting that offense back to being high powered in the next couple weeks, Peytons arm should be fresh this year with all the rest he got rehabbing his foot...

I'm really hoping my Redskins do well it's about time they make the playoffs again

I think my statement went over your head. I'm not saying Jordy would be the league MVP. Take a step back and make the leap.

perhaps i shouldve clarified my comments a little more further. those are just yard per game averages you posted. but the defense isnt making the same big plays it made earlier in the year is what im saying. your CBs, Harris and Talib who were playing at a very high level to start the season have been getting burned much more frequently lately while making less plays themselves. dont get me wrong, im not talking bad about denvers defense, like i said they served me well in fantasy football, so i have followed them this season and their trends. what im alluding to in my previous post was that their level of play currently isnt as good or consistent as their level of play was earlier in the season, which is why i also say a little more offense will help, it will offset that drop in play on defense.

it did not go over my head. youre saying the packers offense has suffered so horribly without him basically that he should be considered MVP because they wouldve been a lot better if he were playing, just like people were saying about Peyton Manning when he missed the season for his neck injury a few years back. It was a stupid reference then and its a stupid one now in my opinion...
