Kind of a surprise, but Las Vegas has the Patriots as 9 point favorites tonight.  They have the largest home or away spread in week 1.  I thought KC was a pretty good team?  Clearly Vegas has New England above everyone else by a significant margin based on these spreads in week 1.

The spread is based on where the money is, and where they want it to go. 

That was a beatdown. Thankfully it's the 1st game of the season and not the last.

The Chiefs really put the pedal down in the 4th quarter. The pats defense folded badly. Looked like Brady had nobody to throw to in the last quarter.

It Looked Like The Entire Team Quit In The 4th qtr.

I've been telling a lot of people this over the past 2 months:

 

I'd be surprised if the Pats made it to the playoffs this year, due to key injuries and other issues.

 

We'll see just how right or wrong I am come January.

Once Hightower left the game it fell apart even more. The D couldn't stop anything. Kareem Hunt looks to be something special. Tyreek Hill is a beast. That was tough to watch. Brady looked like garbage and for some reason they went away from Gilleslee. They lose every year ,its nothing new. Losing opening night just stings a little more. They will still go 

13-3 and win the division.

Did I mention. I was there??!!

Ezekiel Elliott has been granted a temporary restraining order against the NFL, meaning he will probably play the whole season.

Nah, if it wasn't an Andy Reid coached team i might agree but he will have his team back together and ready to lose in week 2...

He got a suspension it is just being held for a while just like the cheating brady last season.  it is all legal maneuvering really.

The suspension is still in place. This ruling is about how the NFL handled this case procedurally. When all this is said and done, he will still probably serve the 6 game suspension, just might not be this year.

Cut him some slack..he's an Eagles fan. Their best all time player is Tony Franklin for Petes sake.

What did i say that was wrong?  Brady was suspended for cheating and they had to wait a year for the suspension to take hold because of legal shenanigans wasting taxpayer money.

I'd say the best player in Eagles history is top 5 all time no matter what position.

well you just proved your lack of football knowledge....go look at the numbers and accolades he put up as an eagle compared to Green Bay and get back to me.  he won the big one with Green Bay but was the way more dominant player in Philly and for a longer period of time.
