Really? I haven't heard a lot other than some say he was a good

QB for Pitt with some intangibles, etc. I'm not a scout, nor do I

do detailed analysis of these guys coming out of college. So for me

it is more hear say.

Be interesting to see if NP has what it takes to shake off the awful

outing and be a decent backup...but not sure he'll get the chance

to prove himself unless Buffalo pulls another bonehead move to

replace TT if he has a bad outing (OL and DL should shoulder a

lot of the blame here).

Oh yea man he basically peed his pants when they started him in the swamp against Florida. He threw one pass backwards, no defender near him.

Some NFL funnies for you guys this morning.

  • Hard to argue with facts

  • This week, no NFL figure has operated at the dizzying pace of Bill Belichick, who can't seem to stop flipping high-profile trades. Receiver Brandin Cooks, defensive end Kony Ealy and tight end Dwayne

Cheer up, big guy. Next week the Bills play the Chiefs. Should be an easy win.  *snicker*

To all the KC Chiefs fans out there, I feel somewhat responsible for this tragedy. Sorry, my bad. :Tomatoes:

Bills aren't a bad team though and not sure exactly what has happened to KC.

oh yeah, how about those Eagles today beating up on a team they are supposed to beat up on :)

  • Super User

Well, the Bills D woke up from a nap, but not sure the Chiefs

were gonna be a real challenge on that side...

Eagles are for real. Rams looking good, too. Wish the Bills didn't

dump all their talent. But bygones are bygones, doggonit.

next two weeks will  truly tell us what the eagles are made of

...and the Bills, too. Well... Patriots, Colts, Dolphins, @Patriots, @Dolphins.

Difficult to see them winning either Patriots game. Perhaps 1-1 with the

Phins, and a toss up against the Colts. Should win there, but I ain't gonna

bet on it.

Isn't the bills coach the same coach who was DC when the giants beat the Cheatriots in the super bowl?

Giants Eli Manning benched for the start of game against Oakland. Lets hear it Giants fans....is this a good move or a bad move? Is it over for the other Manning in NY or do you think he'll be back next year?

The Chiefs did little to improve during the offseason. Their "phenomenal", defense couldn't stop the run to save their lives. They cut their only real veteran receiver and fired their offensive coordinator after training camp started. Last year they got some really flukey wins (Peters stealing the ball from the receiver VS Carolina, Berry's 2pt interception return VS the Falcons). I doubt they win the division, with the return of Derick Carr to the Raiders, and I'd be surprised if they got 10 wins and maybe another Wild Card spot so they can go 1 and done for the umpteenth time.

I thought they were going to prove me completely wrong with the way they started. Instead, they're just showing that I've been a Chiefs fan for way too long <_<  Before their bye week when they were facing the Giants, Bills, then Jets, everyone was saying they'd get hot and win out. I said I could see them not winning another game, I wish I'd put money on it now.

I don't know if there is a worse starting QB than Trevor Siemien.

Not if you ask that question to a 9er fan the last couple of years... however, Jimmy G didn’t look too bad against Chicago today. #trusttheprocess

Bills vs. Patriots today.

"And Saint Thomas Brady raised the hand grenade up on high, saying, "O LORD, bless this Thy hand grenade that with it Thou mayest blow Thine enemies the Bills to tiny bits, in Thy mercy."

I foresee year 18 of no playoffs...

After watching the highlights of that game I gotta agree with ya. Bronco's need a better QB if they want to compete next season.

Honestly, I don't see the Browns or the Giants retaining their head coaches next season.

Well that was a little early but now I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

I think there are about 4 more missing from the list.

All of them worse than Siemien at the time they played for the Browns.

Bellicheck after the game today, lol.  The "interview" went something like this-reporter "what happened tonight with going 0-9 on 3rd downs tonight?" Bellicheck "(unintelligible mumbling with death stare in reporters direction)" after an awkward silence, "what do you think about being 7-9 against the dolphins?"  Bellicheck "I don't really care about what happened two weeks ago and I do not care about what happened 5 years ago, I look at games from a game-to-game basis" (with a death glare hard enough to break steel in the direction of the reporter).  Another awkward silence.  "What happened with the onside kick?". Bellicheck " They recovered it". There were also several other questions that were answered by unintelligible mumblings as Bill kept back the replies he wanted to tell them, and more death stares.

The end of the Patriots vs the Steelers game was a shocker !

Steelers have way more talent, but roethlisberger and Tomlin are not in the class of brady and bellichick. Coaching and smarts, and lack thereof, won this game.

True.  A fair amount of questionable calls, batted down balls that were intercepted, and the like seemed to be a high in number.  Made for a very entertaining game though:). Gotta hand it to Bell for being as hard to tackle as he was, especially with handling the ball way more than normal once brown was out.  It seemed like he was just sauntering through the pile of linemen before exploding out of the other side, or simply changing his mind and running around the outside.
