Tackle Warehouse Review

Featured Replies

I recently broke my Kistler H3. I was just going to replace the tip, then I remembered about my warranty. I just bought the rod last April. So I called up TW and they told me to ship it back and they'd replace it for free because these rods carry a 3 year warranty.

I asked if I could replace it with a different brand rod and they said yes. I ended up getting a Dobyns Champion XP Split Grip. I sent my broken rod off on a Monday and received my new rod yesterday afternoon.

Great customer service.

Wow. That is fantastic...

TW rocks

That's how you keep customers !!!

That’s great!   I’m surprised TW took care of it for you.   I’ve always had to send mine back to the rod company...but it’s only happened to me twice

Good customer service is the only way to stay in business these days.

Wow! To get it replaced with a completely different brand rod is unheard of!

Interesting, I thought you had to go through manufacturer. Wonder if only some rods or you had a new TW employee?.

Either way that's great

WOW. That's great to hear as I was wondering how'd they'd handle all that. Priming myself for their next sale.

Just got my first rod in from them today. Great job on the packaging and extra tip protection. This was my first time dealing with them and it was a pleasure.

I am guessing that and being able to send it back to Tackle Warehouse instead of the manufacturer was something to do with their warranty.
