It's not, but it looks similar to a Northland Mimic Minnow jighead.

These forums are something else, been looking for this for a few hours, googling  like crazy. But that may be it, I checked those Northland website briefly but I want to say I have a similar plastic in the tackle box, didn't think it came with one.

Thank you bluebasser86, Ill check the lures and comfirm its the same one tomorrow. Really, thank you. Even if it not the same one is very similar.

Northland or Matzuo are my guess.

This is the closest thing I could find. It's not the correct color.... It's from a company called Revenge.  They are calling them Swimbait Hedz.

Last guess is a Cast Industries head.

The double barb is what has me perplexed. I know it isn't a Northland or Matzuo. FishTank likely nailed it.

I found this one (image atta hed) Screenshot_20190123-220030.thumb.png.d5d00499761367954bedea3a568c2929.pngwhich I think may be it, I plan on buying it to compare with the one I have. Ill take a look at the others mentiones, always good to try different ones.

Revenge uses hologram eye and premium hooks, the OP's are a knock off with little detail and a inexpensive hook.
