Hello everyone, long time lurker and finally decided to register and post.

 

Why the spoiled title? I live on a retention pond surrounded by houses which is nothing special in itself, but since the pond is 60 ft from my backdoor and it is spoiling me. So much so, I sold my boat years ago since I no longer wanted to deal with the whole "commit to the fishing" time of loading up the boat with tackle, trailering, launching by myself, fishing time, hope i didn't forget the d**n boat plug, wiping it down, putting away electronics, airing out the boat, etc., etc.

 

For me fishing is not about using what works to catch fish - it is all about using what I want to throw cause it entertains me. For instance, I know senkos and such work, but I go out with a pack of string cheese cause its hilarious!
