Calling all Florida guys.

I’ve been thinking about this for awhile but I’m not getting any younger so here goes ?

I’m thinking about organizing a Meet and Greet for anyone interested in putting a face to a name.
This is not organized, sponsored or endorsed in any way by Bass Resource, it’s owners, moderators, sponsors, employees or anyone involved in anyway with the site. (I think I covered everybody)

It’s just a bunch of like minded fishing friends who’d like to get together, shake hands, swap knowledge, share a meal, raise a glass and maybe even get a little fishing in.

As we know Florida is a long state, factor in the panhandle, it’s almost 700 miles end to end.
So depending on interest we can pick a central location with the least amount of travel for all.

I assume it would need to be on a weekend so folks who still work for a living will have more of an opportunity to attend.

I’m also thinking sometime in the fall or early winter when it’s a lot cooler.

Sooo, in an effort to gage interest, if anyone thinks that they would like to attend post it and we’ll go from there.

Sounds doable.

Based off some of your posts I have seen I’m pretty sure we live near each other. I’m in North Port. Always down to meet new fishing buddies.

Harris Chain?

Sure

We can go there!

There are so many world class lakes to choose from, it’s really going to come down to whatever is the most convenient for the most people.

Fall is a good fishing month in Florida.  Storms are gone, cold fronts haven't started and hotel rooms are plentiful.  Late October early November?  Toho is probably the best that time of year.

I'm near Inverness and there from December through winter.  Harris chain is OK.

I’m in Mike.
I’m in Debary so Toho or Harris work for me

I'm game..................just pick a time and place. I live in Melbourne....

I’m gonna let this run a little while longer to see if there’s any more interest.

I’d like to nail down at least a tentative time and place to give everyone a chance to weigh in and arrange their schedules.

Id like to come but it’ll be hard with my schedule, unless it’s the last 2 weeks of the year when I’ll be off.

Fall is a little better chance for me  than spring though…

Anyone passing by N Florida is welcome on my lake at least…
