Who else thinks this is the best choice for cranking?

It’s what I prefer to use  ? though you can design a good system around most any line type.

I'm sticking with my YZH - been performing well and see no reason to change.

I've been slowly switching off YZH for other presentations but have seen no reason to change for crankbaits outside of deep divers

I will stick with my Sufix Siege for crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and topwaters.

Usually 14lb Sunline Sniper, sometimes 12lb big game, occasionally braid to leader. 

I like mono or copoly for my cranks ?

I like Sunline Shooter Defier Armilo for all treble hooks.

Me to I use this line for almost everything.

I have used it and have no issues with FC but I like Sunline Defier the best for crankbaits.  There is one instance that does come in handy with FC and crankbaits and that is cold water.  I am not sure why but I always have a hard time getting a crankbait down to the depth I want in cold water conditions with mono. With FC, it seems to be better.  It could all be in my head though.....

 

I never use braid for crankbaits. It's too sensitive to me for this application. I want the fish to take the bait and then I want to set the hook.  If you feel the bite too soon, no fish or.... you bring in some fish lips instead.

Exactly what I run on my Fuego CT-H/Fury 705CB combo.

I use Sunline Shooter Defier 13 lb Monofilment for up to 10ft. & Sunline Super FC Sniper Fluorocarbon in either 14 or 16 lb depending on the depth the bait is designed for.
