PopMax rules!

I started using a composite spinning rod with braid/leader to improve distance throwing small/medium poppers. 

Rebel pop-r. Caught more bass on this one than any other popper

Ima Finesse Popper…2.6” and 3/8oz

I've caught more on the LC G Splash than any other and I've tried many but a small one that casts well-maybe the Jackall one it lists as 5/16ths.

I bought a Pop Max in the Blue Gill color after seeing A Jay's post a month ago. When I get a new lure I like to fish it and catch at least one fish........just to break it in.

 

My Pop Max has a lot of air time but no fish time yet but I'll keep trying.

I'm not sure what the difference is, but the 80 size of this thing looks a lot alike, but it's a fish catching machine for me.

Same here.

Berkley bullet pop 70 is my go-to. Casts far and catches 'em. Comparatively cheaper too

Catt, this is the one. I've had mine for several years, a TN shad color. Often has outfitted Rebel Pop R and others.

First is the Don Iovino Splash-It Popper in the Standard size. It's 1/4 ounce but casts like a bullet with my setup. I can also walk the dog with it easily. It's a true fish catching machine. 

 

This is my favorite color: bluegill.

Tom, 100% agree. Both are incredible.

For low cost, great casts, walk the dog versatility and good quality my vote goes to the Storm Chug Bug and the Berkley Bullet Pop 70
