Alex from GA
Went to the lake yesterday afternoon and caught three fish. One was on a point, one on a 15' brush pile and the largest on a marker pole in about 5' of water. All were caught on a Texas rigged worm. Water temperature was 48*. 4.53 lb Alabama bass. 12

That's an absolute PIG!!! Congrats and keep at it! That beats by PB spot I caught a couple months back. What's the difference between an Alabama Bass and a Kentucky Bass?

This is what led to them ultimately realizing they were different enough on a DNA level to warrant a different sub species. Alabama Bass share closer DNA with the Redeye Bass than the Northern Spotted Bass (Kentucky). 5 hours ago, Alex from GA said: Went to the lake yesterday afternoon and caught three fish. Awesome fish brother, did that fish come from FL, or GA. I'd imagine GA.
