Falcon topwater/finesse jig for poppers and walking baits

falcon eye crosser for frogs

i will fish a sexy dawg on the head turner (one power heavier than the finesse jig) and also on the 6’8” medium heavy but the finesse jig has a better feel when casting.

also, you didn’t ask about buzzbaits but the 7’4” heavy cover jig is my buzzbait rod.

Shower Blows model Evergreen Combat Stick (truly a special rod for sooo many things)

Megabass Perfect Pitch for frogs.

The Shower Blows, for me, falls into the "I'm never going to sell" file

Good replies - if you would like to add a Buzz Bait rod then please do !

I really like my daiwa steez stratofortress 68.  You can cast a 100 size walking bait up to a megadog x.  Also works good with rio ricos and pop max.

The Fury 734C is a very versatile rod. I think you'll find a lot of uses for it.

Poppers: St Croix Rage 6'10 MF.... (I maintain a perpetual ebay search for another one of these)

Walking Baits: four or five different rods, but often, a AG Fantasista Primier 7' MF

Frogs: 6' 11 1/2" MHF Abu Garcia Veritas II.  Was an ok rod until I lost tip insert, cut 1/2" off and glued on a new tip.  Now it is an outstanding frog rod.

Buzzbait: DX 744, and  7'4" Kistler LMH for minis

lightweight- SLX BFS reel, PopX stick. Poppers and Karashi.

middleground- Dobyns 765 Abu Garcia MGX. Walking baits and whopper plopper.

Frogging rod- Cashion Frog rod, Abu Garcia revo rocket.

Small poppers/walkers - ALX Zolo Twitch 6’8 ML+

Medium size - ALX Ikos Buzz 7’ M

Larger size - Custom 7’ on NFC Delta 705 blank or Falcon Expert Head Turner

Buzzbait/toad - ALX Zolo Toadface 7’2 MH+

Frog - Shimano Expride 7’3 XH

St. Croix spinning Avid 6'6 M/F.for topwater plugs

St. Croix Premier 6'6 M/F for topwater plugs

Falcon Lowrider 20 7'3 H/F for frogs

About anything I have without something tied on that aim using (usually MH power) for buzz baits.

Poppers- 6'8" St Croix Avid MXF

Buzzbaits- 6'8" Falcon Lowrider MHMF

Walkers-6'3" Team Daiwa S MHF

Frogs-7' St Croix Premier MHF
