@TnRiver46 the Bills played a sloppy game and deserved to lose, Diggs played out of his mind and let everyone in the stadium know he did too, three turnovers and 95 yds of penalties is tough to overcome, and the refs missed a pretty obvious third down PI late in the game. 

Looks like everyone has at least 1 loss now with the Eagles and Bills both losing; the only team without a win are the Jets.

 

How the Titans beat Arizona is a mind boggler.  There were so many things that had to go wrong for the Cardinals and they all did.  They blew a 21-6 lead to the winless Titans and lost 22-21.

@Glenn... Glenn, Please tell me your thoughts on Seahawks traveling across country to play the Jaguars. Seahawks are a +1 on most books. 

I surly like the Jaguars chances of becoming 5-1 this Sunday.

@Jigfishn10 I have been impressed with the Patriots thus far. Drake Maye is progressing into a solid quarterback.

His pocket awareness has been incredible, @gim. He’s a smart kid, picking up Josh McDaniel’s offense in his 1st year in it is not easy. 

Is it me or does it sound like there are more Bills fans at the game than Falcons fans?

the down side stronger and stronger after the start to

this season. Beating teams with a combined 3-21 and

those wins were dicey except for the Jets?! And if we

lose tonight the Pats take over the AFC East! NOOOO!

 

Ok. Done ranting. Almost.

 

I know it's early in the season. But clearly we have

needs. I love everyone eats, but .... sigh. Injuries also

make things awful. Let's ditch turf. Period.

Absolutely sloppy the last two weeks. 

And there we go. 4-2 but if we played actual winning teams

we'd be...not 4-2. I am concerned. Genuinely concerned.

 

If a lineman wasn’t off sides…We would have Won!

If FG kick wasn’t blocked…We would have won!

Well the 'Hawks are doing about as good as expected in a rebuild year, maybe even a little better.  I thought they'd be 8-8 but they're already 4-2, so there's hope.  The defense looked awful against the Bucs, then rebounded the next week against the Jaguars.  And Darnold is looking really good!

 

Separately, I enjoyed watching Penix last night. He's a former UW Husky, so I have to root for the hometown hero.

Yep

@bowhunter63 he’s a known hothead and that’s no excuse at all. I’m surprised his suspension wasn’t longer.
 

I wouldn’t go as far as saying the entire team is dirty because of one player but that’s just me.

I knew the Bills would lose, they haven't looked good all year.

 

They struggled at HOME against the Dolphins.

 

They struggled at HOME against the Saints.

 

I think injuries on the defensive side of the ball is the main problem honestly.

 

If you can't stop the run you are toast in the NFL.

Getting rid of Geno Smith is always a good thing.

 

In clutch situations, I can always count on Geno to throw a pick.

 

Easiest way to make money.

 

He is god awful under pressure. Not even talking about pass rushing pressure. Just pressure in general.

 

I'm a Pete Carroll fan but he should be fired for bringing over Geno to the Raiders.

Geno had the most interceptions last year, and currently he's on track to beat it this year!  Yes, he's terrible. He's throwing picks, throwing to nobody, getting sacked, or fumbling the ball.  He shouldn't be in the NFL.

 

Pete Carroll's kryptonite is his loyalty to players long after they should have been put to pasture.  The Raider's roster is a list of has-beens with just enough rookies and 2nd & 3rd year players to keep them competitive.  I expect Pete won't be around much longer.

I definitely didn’t have the Colts sitting at 5-1 either. Danny Jones has found his game big time.
