What is your most expensive set up?

Mine is a Shimano Chronarch on a Shimano Cumara about $460.

My wife thinks it's a $69 set up from K-Mart.  If she only knew!

When I was young and single I spent every dime I had on fishing and hunting gear.  My car cost $500 and I owned fly rod and reel combos over $600.  My home was a cabin with no plumbing, built for $800

Shame on you.

Sol reel and Kistler rod (450.00).

Saltwater:

7 ft Cape Fear Spinning rod(actually won it) retailed for $269-$300 with a Pfleuger reel.

7ft Key Largo spinning rod $100 with a Shimano 4000 Symtre $80

Freshwater:

6 1/2 ft ML Shimano Compre- reel to be determined. This rod is actually moving to Saltwater.

I have not gotten serious enough to spend alot on Bass equipment. Most of my stuff sees double duty between Bass and Inshore Saltwater.

I have a Custom Wrapped Lamiglass from Alpster ' I have no idea what it costs but I can tell you it is my favorite rod, I have a 5.2:1 pflueger trion on it. The most expensive one i actually bought would be a Techn AV from Fenwick with a narrow Spooled trion on it.
