I agree!  This is by far my favorite thread!  I check this thread at least 10 times a day to see other peoples stuff!  I dont have a whole lot but I will post a pic after Christmas once I get my Powell rod that is on backorder!  It should look pretty good paired up with a Revo Premier.

This thread will probably really heat up after Santa comes!

Some great looking gear on here guys. I never get tired of looking at other people's stuff. This section has always been my favorite to visit on BR. Love the tackle porn!!

I have a few old pics from last spring after cleaning the reels I was going to use this past fishing year. One thing I enjoy doing during the winter is servicing my reels, kind of builds my excitement up for the coming spring. :)

I did manage to find a couple more during the season off the flea market on here, a Steez 100SHA NIB and a Presso NIB. Keep those eyes open, always good deals to be had.

Blaine, where'd you get those purple handles and can you get them for Shimano reels?

That particular set I purchased from Redline Robert.  They are Bassart knobs and fit Bassart handles real well.  You can get them here. http://japantackle.com/Tuning_parts/Tuning_handles_Shimano.htm

They are a bit on the heavy side just so you know.(solid aluminum)

Awesome! I think those red ones would look killer on a Core MG. It wouldn't hurt too much to add a little weight to that reel!

Pink reel anyone?

Real men can do pink!

That reel is beautiful, but a "collectors item" only.

;D ;D ;D

Jewels and/or diamonds on the handle would look really good and add more flash and bling. 8-)

Com'on RW I know you've got a stella and some other goodies !   Lets see'em !

You are correct sir... that is a "collectors item" - It's an extremely rare bird and has never even had line on it - nor will it ever while in my posession! ;D

This thread is a BLAST guys!!  Keep it coming!

I can only hope that one day I will be fortunate enough to own half of the rods and reels that have been shown! Absolutely incredible! I have one set-up a Shimano crucial spinning rod with a symetre reel, no pics now :). Am working on getting my very own first baitcaster, hopefully before the new year!

That is a sweet inventory RW, those smallies dont have a prayer against that gear.

What can I say Lucky Craft Man, I am speechless over that G Loomis lineup !  I don't guess it's even worth asking if you have ever considered a Steez rod.
