Ok this is what I really do...

I own a finance company.  We specialize in FHA financing for homes, commercial construction financing, hotel financing, and developments in other countries.  I also represent a handful of private investors looking to place their money in projects.  If I don't get them a 12% return, I turn away the project.  As of today, I have a zero default history.

I also am working on a tequila company project that should be coming to market fairly soon.  I'm really excited about it!

I heard that!!! I don't get many calls from people looking work ( I can build your muscles up ) I have had like 13 in three days and most said they would start at any pay. I just tell them I'm trying to survive myself.

Do the final finish plumbing and install cabinetry for a modular homes builder.  Also am a Lt. for the local fire and ems.

Plant has had us on 4 eight hr days all year, but we are still looking better than other modual builders in the area.  Housing isn't where it's at either right now if you want a full paycheck.

I'm an electrician / assembler . For a company that builds portable generators for " the great yellow god" (caterpillar).

Only down fall of my job is having to work overtime
