  1. Be patient. It is the weekend and I'm sure Bobby is fishing.
  2. I've been at three gallons a week for the last 18 years. I grew up milking cows and they'll have to pry that jug from my cold, dead hands.

  14. Outside of a few football jigs I have in my box there is nothing else but Mop Jigs. They are awesome. Don't trim them unless you absolutly have to. I use Zoom Speed chunk and Picas.I like green pumpkin. I just drag them on the bottom untill I hit something and the shake it a little. As a matter of fact I know someone who won a tourny on your lake with one I had given him the day before.
  15. This is a great thread. I learned something new. I am going to start fishing one on the bottom and skipping docks. The frog is a versatile lure but I wouldn't go as far as to say it is the most. I lure is only as versatile as the guy holding the rod. I could say that it's a fluke because of the many different ways I fish it. But any soft plastic can be fished like a fluke but will have different actions. They all will catch fish.
  16. First of all, welcome to the forum. It's about time you said hi. And for that fish. If that's the WR Smallmouth then that guy has the largest fingers in the world to.
  17. Can you get a pic of it.
  18. Welcome. We are glad to have you here.
  19. That sounds great.
  20. You bet I do. Once it is in the water it doesn't belong to anyone. I find fishing spots like this all the time.
  21. You've been fishing Lanier. It's true bass will come out of deep water to get a topwater. Spotted bass are more likely to do it than largemouth but I can be done. If you find some susspended bass over a deep hump or brushpile it never hurts to give a topwater lure a try. ( Lost of action, splash and noise.)
  22. What will they come up with next. "One of our prostaff was fishing with his son. The son got sick and blew chuncks over the side of the boat. The bass went crazy. The son had eaten Pizza with a Sunny D chaser. So our new scent is Orange Juice/Pepporoni/Puke." It will be the best thing since the Jelly Worm.
