Before 2 months ago I never paid under $2 a gallon for gas. So as long as it is under or around $2 I can handle it. Just very happy the $75-100 a day riding-around prefishing days are over for a little while.

I would rather watch the 6' snowbanks from all the snow in my driveway melt...

Good call. My uncles did this once. So did one of my great uncles about 4 years ago. Went to Quebec with a couple buddies and a guide and never came back. Spent 40k in search parties and never even found a body.

He did a great show with KVD on the Detroit River a couple years ago. When he doesn't act like a tool and is on the big water he is fun to watch. I liked an episode he did with some local yocal on Lake Michigan spoon plugging Buck Perry style for 5-6 pound smallies in a 14' aluminum. Was crazy to watch...

Anything will out perform Vanish. No experience with vicious. i use seaguar invisx and sunline fc sniper Seaguar and Sunline is where it's at. Forget everything else... ....except braid and Trilene 100% when you must.

I have a nearly complete collection of Rogues. I have every one of the three in ten that work. I doubt I will ever fish them again. They are too light in general, foul consistently, break easily and lose buoyancy over time. Otherwise, great lures. ..... :-? ;D
