I have three of them they all do it over time. I added the split washers to keep the tension on the screws, time will tell.

The seat is a standard seat The screws hold it to my swivel base that bolts to my post The screws go into the plastic bottom, I tighten them as much as I can, and they do get very tight, they just drop out after a while. I just thought of something, a split washer should do the trick!

I would use french fries as a kid in Ohio and catch perch all day, worms cost money I didn't have. I did have a zebco 33 for my primary (only) combo. :-/

I have been there 6 times now and found the fishing to be very hard, the bottom drops out so fast from the shore line . one foot and it drops from 6ft to 13ft then to 30ft. I find fishing in 30-40ft waters to be a challenge. I have hit the coves and points with everything and only manage a few small bass each trip.
