I bought a Rapala Kit that came with 15lb scale, snippers,plyers and a few other things at dicks for like 30 somethin bones works great!! I also use a bass bag when culling, they keep your fish nice and calm. http://www.bag-em.com/

I got some info off another site TBF is coming to NY woooo hooooo Lake Champlain im so down for this!!! Plattsburgh will be the site of the tournament on August 9th. Entry fee will be $100 and proceeds will help fund the state team. A few items to be noted: 1) Participants must be members of a TBF club. 2) The Plattsburgh Bass Club will accept associate memberships for a $10 fee. 3) Participants must be FLW and TBF members. TBF dues are $15.(TBF dues go back to the membership 100%, these monies cover regional and national entry fees and prize money). When you join a registered club, the club will process your TBF membership. 4) Membership and Tournament entry fees may be sent to Richard Perry at perryr@cityofplattsburgh-ny.gov, please include: a) Name Address c) FLW membership # d) email address 5) A 12 man team will be selected and 1 alternate The bottom line is this: For your $125 of dues and registration an angler could compete in the national TBF championship and receive a prize package of over $125,000 and fish in the Forest Wood Cup, FLW Championship! Pattertr408 My partner and I finished 4th Saturday @ the EG Open it was defenately a tuff bite!! Alot more boats showed up then I thought there would be I think there were 47. Lunker I think was close to 6lbs good day though had fun I also didn't fish the Dash had to put up a fence!! > GRRRRRRRRRR

Ballston has been hitting good along with Saratoga lake but the Mohawk man I can not buy a bite there. How are the weeds lookin @ Round I havient been over there yet this year. HMMMMM maybe thats where ill go father's day.

Last year southbay champlain 6.6 on my digi scale!! It was during a fishing tournament in September had a pretty nice bag going until I went to go to another spot forgot to pull my trolling motor up hammered the gas and bent the upper and lower shaft on my trolling motor!! Alway's and I say always remember to not be in such a hurry and pull yoour trolling motor up before you hit the big motor!! I laugh about it now but at the time I wanted to puke myself!! ;D

I bought a Dysin Animal for my wife 2 years ago mothers day. I now know that things like vaccumes and cleaning supply's are defenately not the thing to buy for mothers day!! Iv caught crap from everyone in my immediate family since. Actually I think I bought it for her more for myself cause I thought it was cool and that I wanted to play with it. It defenately cleans the carpet on my TR-186 Nicey nice. hahaha ;D

My wife hit me off with the True Motion Lure for Christmas a few years back. I have to say that I lauphed hard and almost tossed them away without my wife knowing ofcourse. BUT they did make there way onto my boat and id set one up everyonce and a while. I have to say that northern pike especially liked them. I have a 12' 1963 Sears V with a 1963 2HP Evinrude. The boat dosient have one leak and the motor runs like it was brand new. Handed down through the family original owner was my Great Gradfather.
